Bought 15 chocolate covered strawberries the other day, and they were moldy within 48 hours in the fridge. I was not told by the staff to eat them within that time frame. They were probably bad before i even bought them. i called and asked if they could be replaced. Didnt want a refund or anything, just wanted my moneys worth since it costed me $50 for them... and the manager called the owner who said "sorry we cannot replace them". If this is how they treat their customers, and wont replace what would cost them $5, i dont want their nasty strawberries anyways. Dont shop here.
reply to owner: I am being completely honest. and you are incorrect about the timeline. I bought them the 27th, and they were moldy by the 29th. i was not able to call you until the 30th for my own reasons, as i told to your manager on the phone. If you can count you will see that was 2 days, not 3-5. Any business big or small who cant replace a few strawberries for a customer probably needs to rethink their budget plans. Don't worry, i wasn't planning on shopping here anymore as you could have read in my first message, if you weren't busy serving people expired food. I would like to invite you to learn how to be a proper business owner, as your customer service is bewildering. and no, google isn't a great...
Read moreWent twice in 2 days to make sure I received the customer service I thought I received and it wasnt me having an off day. I will say that the goal in customer service is to try to make customers feel welcome. If your personality is stale, it's very easy to perceive that as being rude if that's not your intention. Both days, she just came across as though we were bothering her by asking questions. It really hurt my feelings because I'm not that customer that's hard to please at all. If I'm not familiar with how your business works or your food I will ask a question for clarity on whatever I'm trying to purchase. Anyhow, very nice variety of chocolates. Everything is neat and clean. The pretzel rods I had were delicious but I don't see myself going to this location anymore because I can't spend money where I don't...
Read moreI walked in to the store today because I was told my company is the lease holder. I am one of the Property Manager's for the company. Although there were 3 employees in the store and 2 ladies were paying, then left, not ONE of the employees greeted me nor asked could they assist. Absolutely horrible customer service for such a cute store. I was going to try a few products because we have a resident event coming up. I was considering placing a large order or at least an order for my staff. However, I decided to leave and STILL not one word as I walked out. I did ask if the manager was in...barely got an answer, but was told no. You never know who may walk in your store and was shocked we have tenants that treat consumers in this manner. This is...
