Starbucks — Restaurant in Matthews

No stars today. Girl at register huffed when my 14 yr old granddaughter asked for a receipt. 4 customers who came in after we did and ordered after we did, received their order before us. When I asked where our drink was, I was told that it was in the blender, I asked him could he get it out of the blender, he replied he was making a green tea, meanwhile the blender had stopped, not only did he make the green tea but he continued to help those who ordered after us. Finally, he poured ours from the blender into the cup, put a lid on it, then handed it to my granddaughter. Unfortunately, this rude and slow, without regard to order, blasé fair, in my experience is in every single Starbucks in Charlotte, Matthews the airport and in stores. Starbucks would do good, to drop in on their employees...

11/25 I was shopping today in target and decided to get my first Christmas drink of the season Caramel Brulée Latte and it was so good ☕️🎄

The coffee was okay as usual... I have Been standing here in line alone and the person who's working at the Starbucks hasn't even made eye contact with me for the first 6 mins. No one else is in line but she's working on some orders probably from online orders which doesn't bother me but at least make eye contact and let the customer know you will be right with them.
