The food at Aloha Thai Fusion Truck is good, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. While the flavors were enjoyable, the customer service and attitude were disappointing. The owner and manager had a sassy, unwelcoming demeanor, and even small, reasonable requests felt like they were more focused on squeezing out every dollar rather than ensuring a good customer experience.

What made it worse was that despite clearly requesting no egg in one of our dishes, they still served it with egg. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when dietary preferences or restrictions are communicated upfront.

I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Aloha Thai Fusion. We reached out just before the holidays to ask about catering our February wedding, and even through all the holiday busy stuff, we were able to lock down a menu for cocktail hour and reception dinner. Let me tell you, the food was AMAZING. We had already tried the food truck and decided we wanted Thai, which already made it so easy to cater to any vegan or GF guests at the wedding.

We had pad Thai, papaya salad, cashew stir fry and more for dinner, and the coconut shrimp at cocktail hour was definitely my fav. Josh and his team make the most delicious food and so many of my guests told me it was the best wedding dinner they’d ever had. Excited to drop by for dinner again soon and reminisce about how amazing our wedding food was....

I gave three stars. Here’s why. The food was excellent (5 stars) but the young lady taking the orders was extremely unpleasant and rude. She had no patience for anyone who had questions or who even took a few seconds to read the menu options. When I ordered, I asked for hot sauce. When my number was called, I asked for a bag for my order. Oh, The look she gave me!? I then asked if there was hot sauce. She said, “you want hot sauce”? I said, “yes please, three please”. No word of a lie, she took three prepared containers of hot sauce and literally through them in the bag. My two friends were shocked at that. Fortunately none of them opened and spilled.
