Went up to the counter to ask for a spoon. The ladies behind the counter ignored me and turned off the lights. They saw me walking up while they were speaking to another person at the pick up area. After waiting without any acknowledgement, I asked for a spoon. They said they didn't have one. I went to go back to the line in Target and they turned the lights back on again.
