Dope BBQ — Restaurant in Maui

I was introduced to Dope BBQ at a birthday party they catered. So delicious!! Ordered a combo plate from them on my way home from work. Oh man, it was challenging not to pull over for a roadside picnic just smelling the food. Being from the South makes me a bbq skeptic. Not with Dope Bbq! They are dialed in with collard greens and cornbread. Hell, the cucumber garnish is amazing! I rarely give reviews but I can't say enough about the deliciousness...

I had the pulled pork grilled cheese, a half pound of brisket and a jalapeño cornbread muffin, total was $32. As Gary said, they have some pretty dang good bbq. I've been searching for years for incredible bbq on Maui. We found Dope BBQ and it hits ALL the marks. The brisket, ribs, pulled pork, baked beans and pickles are excellent! They were out of jalapeno cheese cornbread so we weren't able to try that, but no doubt it's great. The portions are huge! We will be back. Gary, the owner is very responsive...
