On a positive note, the cones are actually good. That’s all the positive I have to say. Simply, it’s overpriced. However, that’s not why I’m leaving a low review. I’m leaving a low review because after spending $20 bucks on 2 cones, they ran out of cones and we spent at least 45 minutes (I don’t actually know how long I stood there) trying to get our order. We waited in line for 10 minutes to place our order. After placing our order, got mine after a 15 minute wait and my then waited well over 30 minutes for my wife’s order to be done. In that time, they couldn’t hardly do anything. It’s the only business I’ve ever been in where I’ve seen people mad enough to leave without asking for what they paid for or getting a refund. When they started getting cones made, they started making orders out of order. The group two groups behind us got their order made before my wife got her’s. They made orders for people who already got fed up and left and had to toss them. They began to make orders and had trouble doing the assembly line, leading to the ice cream melting in those warm cones and having to toss them. Now, they apologized and I appreciate them acknowledging their fault. But, they shouldn’t have been taking money at that point. Towards the end of our wait, they started letting people know it was going to be about a 30 minute wait to get their order. If I had known that up front, I wouldn’t have ordered.

It all comes down to this. Their whole schtick is the dough cones. How do you run out of cones, when that’s the one thing that your business hinges on? Cold Stone is less than a mile away, will cost me $6-8 less and can get me in and out in under 20 minutes, even with a line. When you’re overpriced, you can’t afford to have a breakdown in service. The product was okay, but everything...

Well walked it to a excellent aroma and thats the last good point we experienced. We were greeted by a kiosk to place our order at they do not take cash only credit cards . And we waited for about 15 minutes and watched them make afew of their cones. Then someone dropped the ball they ran out of the dough for the cones and at this point we had waited almost 20 minutes only to be told that it would now be an additional 30 to 35 minutes before any orders could be done with cones. They had no back up plan or any answers as to why. Then they seemed like they didnt even know how to do a refund of my order. And then even seemed shicked that someone who paid 26. Plus dollars for two cones and a very skimpy amount of ice cream in a very small cup. That even a 3 yr old would look at twice. The amount to cost is not worth it at all and no offence im not going to wait almost an hour for an ice cream cone that was almost $10. Each. And a tiny cup that was almost $5. Poor management and no planning with a staff that is just as poorly trained. For something as seen on Shark Tank . I dearly want to see the episode to see if this plan was either laughed off stage or if one of the sharks is loosing a lot of money. For everyone i talked to who were waiting this was most of their first times and a lot stated just like me it would definitely be their last time. There are way to many ice cream shops and frozen yogurt shops to pay this much and to wait almost an hour. For such a...

So today I decided to get some ice cream on my break with a friend we ordered our cones I guess there was a mix up on what was ordered I was given a different ice cream I thought I order a different one long story short I paid for my extra toppings and I asked the girl with blonde hair a young woman maybe college age or so if it was to late to change it she looked at me said yeah didn’t say sorry didn’t offer to make the one I thought I paid for which is the same price I spent 20$ on ice cream she still didn’t apologize and walked away from me after I said I wouldn’t eat the strawberry’s but the later who took our order and fixed the problem was super sweet and kind maybe look into getting some nicer people with better customer service like the lady who took the order would kindly be appreciated I’ve gone here multiple times during the day had no...

New dessert location! Very unique way to eat your ice cream. I love the cones are made fresh and it's really cool to see them get made. Everyone was very friendly and personable. You actually order yourself at a kiosk but there is someone there to help if you have questions. I went during a very very busy time so l'm not sure I can speak on the vibe. What I can say is that the line moved quickly for sure. It was delicious. The cones was warm and really reminded me of a cinnamon roll but just in the shape of a cone. For me, it was not worth paying extra for toppings bc they can only put a few pieces onto the ice cream. I did notice them put some inside the cone itself which was nice. It was $20 for our 2 cones. Not sure I can afford to come often but it was a nice treat. Sad that it impacted beard papas next door.

I recently visited Crispy Cone & Ice Cream Shop and it was such a delightful experience! This place really puts a creative twist on the classic cone, making it a must-visit for any ice cream lover. The atmosphere is super cute, with a fun and vibrant vibe that makes you feel like you’re in the perfect place to indulge in something sweet. What really stood out was the staff! As first-timers, we had so many questions, but the workers were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the menu with a smile and offering great recommendations. Their customer service was top-notch, which made the experience even better. When it comes to the ice cream, I have to say, 10/10 for both presentation and taste.

The people working there are so nice and so helpful. It was clean and organized. That is where this love story ends. We ordered two and at $20 for both you want to feel like you are receiving a quality item. The “cone” was awful. It was inedible. And I was with my teenage son who eats almost everything. You want to love it. It was covered in cinnamon sugar but not sweet. It almost had a chemical taste to it and lemon. It was terrible. I felt sick afterwards and I only had a bite of it. I hope this was an off night but I was very unhappy.
