Arby's — Restaurant in Maumelle

my boyfriend and i were about to go on a trip to our parents house so we decided to have a dinner date before we had to separate for a little. we decided to get arby’s because that’s one of our favorite fast food places. when we get to the window, Zeanna childers sounds like she was already over her shift. and i get it. i use to work in fast food and people coming near closing is very frustrating. but you still be polite because that’s what you signed up for (especially with being a manager). we pull up to the window and my boyfriend decides to change his mind and gets sliders instead. again, i know it’s irritating, but to get looked at like he just asked for a million dollars was uncalled for. she then says “that’s a 5 minute wait”. as we are waiting i see on the receipt it says “1 smoked brisket sandwich”. that may have been my fault but i ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. when i tell the man that has now taken over the window, he tells Zeanna and she visibly rolls her eyes, says something and then fixes the issue. she then asks if i want a refund. i say yes because the turkey bacon ranch is cheaper then the brisket and she just stares at me. i stare at her back and then she says “ im gonna need your card” at this point, im fed up with the attitude and i say “well you should have said that in the first place” she then takes my card, refunds the money, and then tries to charge my card for the right order. i tell her i don’t have the money for another sandwich. and she keeps trying to charge my card. she then looks at me and says i owe 6 dollars and sum odd cents, i tell her i don’t have it and she says “well the food is past my window i can’t take it back” and then slams the window in my face. when i get back home i look in the bag and everything is thrown in there, im very very disappointed. the people here are always nice so this really caught me by surprise. if you can’t be friendly. don’t work at the window and definitely don’t be a manager. it’s not...

I've always loved Arby's. Definitely one of my fast food go to places. I've had most things on the menu and its almost always good. I'm usually a lamb gyro guy but today I got the loaded Italiano or whatever it is called. I will tell you this has been my absolute favorite sandwich/sub I have ever gotten anywhere. Absolutely delicious. I hope they make it a regular item. Sweet tea is always good. Curly fries always seem fresh. Love the 3 pepper sauce as a dip for my curly fries or on my roast beef if I have that. This location in Maumelle has always had great service. The one in Bryant is probably my favorite. Im not one to write a crazy review, so I will make this short and sweet. I just had the worst interaction with the employee in the window. (His name was Howard) when i pulled to the order screen i get a random "hold please" so i thought " ah thats fine, gives me time to gander since im planing on changing it up from the usual" after 3 minute i get a "order when ready" with the most impaitient tone ever. So i asked "hey there how are you today?" He said "im okay order when ready" so at this point, im a little offended.
