If someone were to ask me if I would ever eat/use zaxbys again, the answer would be a hard no! Saturday August 24 was my daughter’s celebration of life. I was expecting at the least 75 people. We decided on zaxbys to cater the event because, well, we love zaxbys chicken! The store I used was in Maumelle, AR. I had gone to the store to talk with the manager Miss Stephanie about two weeks prior to my event. She helped me to decide which platters to order and how many I would need. She was great. I really liked her! About a week after talking with her I went to the store twice to confirm she had gotten the order I had placed with EZcater. Both times I was told she was not in. Finally I called to speak to her and was told she no longer worked there. 😞 I spoke to the “acting GM” and was assured that my order would be ready to pick up at noon on Saturday. My event was set for 1-3. When my sister got to the store at 11:45 for pick up, you guessed it, they hadn’t started it yet! She was informed That they were short staffed! I had ordered $600.00 dollar worth of chicken. Thats a lot of chicken that they hadn’t even started! At 12:36 I was on the phone with EZcater. My sister finally got back with the food at 12:45. And guess what!? NO PLATES,FORKS,OR NAPKINS! Also there was no dipping sauce for the chicken except the extra 6 containers that I had ordered of what turned out to be ranch instead of the zaxbys sauce that I wanted. The containers they use for the chicken were all melted flat so the chicken fell out everywhere and the buns on the sandwiches were burnt black. Such a disappointing experience! I will say that EZcater was quick to remedy the situation and I will use them again. But that sure didn’t help the 75 hungry people I had on my hands not to mention the crippling anxiety added on to what was a very stressful day for me. Do...
Read moreWell on 12/21/22@ around 9:30 pm, my wife and I wanted Zacby's. The dining area was closed. The drive thru had a very long and slow pace because the intercom on the food board wasn't working. Finally we get to the window to make our order. The lady at the window was very nice and professional. We ordered a Cobb Salad and a #4 meal. When I got home and I live in Maumelle. The fries were cold and old. My salad didn't have eggs, toast or bacon. I asked for extra tomatoes and extra dried onion and never got the either. I was very disappointed. I was told by the manager on duty that new people were making the food I then told her that's no excuse because what about everyone who ordered before me.? She said she would write my name down and make sure I get a refund or get my food made correctly. I chose to get the food made correctly. So today, 12/22/22 @ 4:45 pm I went back with my receipt. I explained to the young lady at window why I was there. She remembered me as well. She then told the manager what happened and the manager never spoke with me when I asked her to. I only wanted to be personal about my whole ordeal. She was unprofessional and didn't want to speak with me. There's no reason that a customers salad should've been missing all that was missing. It's like they said we can make it how we want them to have it. Not exceptable. I totally understand if you don't have enough help but when you just don't care about the job you're doing and giving customers less than their money worth. Why even come to work if you're not going to be consistent on making food...
Read moreMy wife and I came through drive thru and I started the order by ordering a Cobb zalad. The order taker gave me the total but I had one more thing to order. I told them what I wanted and was greeted with silence. Not a single acknowledgement that I had said anything. I drove around to the window and let the cashier know that I wasn't done with my order. She took my order with no problem but I could tell it was a huge inconvenience to the other people. After paying they closed the window and the cashier and another Crew member ended up leaning against the window with their backs to us laughing and talking to each other and other Crew members. I was not told how long it would be. We sat in the drive thru awhile waiting. If they would have asked me to pull into a parking space then I would have been perfectly fine with that. My wife's Cobb salad also didn't have any eggs in it. I wasn't offered a dipping sauce, though they pre-packed one in the meal for me. If we would have known what service we were going to receive then we would have gone to Chick-fil-a like we were going to originally. At least there they would have conversed with me while waiting and would have given amazing service with a smile and a...
