I visited this store on June 5 around 7pm or so. I had ordered a concrete mixer and a strawberry shake for my son and I in the drive thru. I took 2 bites of my concrete mixer and felt something a little funny in my mouth. Pulled it out and was a little confused. At first I thought it was a piece of plastic from the machine or something, no big deal until I realized it was an acrylic nail. I went back and went inside and explained the situation and what I had found. I was reassured that an incident report would be filed and the General manager would be in contact with me soon. I have yet to hear from them about the situation. I have called the store and was told they found the girl who's nail it was but the manager has been too busy to call me. I said okay no problem I just don't want this situation to be brushed under the rug. I contacted corporate and was told I would get a call from customer resource.. still have not heard from them. I'm disappointed be the lack of customer service I received with this situation. It would have took less than 5 minutes just to call, apologize, and let me know the next steps to reassure this wouldn't happen to another customer. I'm upset because it could have been my son that could have potentially put that in his mouth and choked on it. Acrylic nails are definitely not the most hygienic items either, thinking about the amount of dirt, bacteria, and God knows what else that have mosy likely under the nail, AND IT WAS IN MY MIXER AND PUT INTO MY MOUTH🤢 I just think the lack of care for the customer is not there. And I really hope they took the appropriate measures needed so this doesn't happen to...
Read moreBeing originally from Chicago and having a cabin up in Hayward, a visit to Wisconsin is only a yearly occurrence now that I live in Los Angeles. One of the highlights of the 6 hour drive up is a stop at Culver’s, another once a year occurrence for me.
It is so sad to be so disappointed by something you only get once a year. We stopped at Culver’s today during our drive up. We ordered in the drive thru, starting with butter burgers with everything on them. The burger was so dry I had to choke it down. Just a bun, patty, two pickles, red onion and some ketchup and mustard.
I also ordered cheese curds, the order I look forward to most. I asked if they had marinara sauce because the combination of the two is the best. They confirmed they did and I was elated (not all Culver’s have Mariana FYI). Well, once we got our food guess what, no sauce was in our bag, so another food item I had to choke down. So dry.
We ended with chocolate malts, with extra malt. They tasted just like chocolate shakes, couldn’t taste a hint of malt in them.
In addition to all of this, they didn’t give us any napkins in our to go bag, in the drive thru (where napkins are very needed). They forgot to give us the water was asked for and our bill was almost $40, for an extremely below average experience. The carelessness is inexcusable.
I hate to say it, but my tradition of getting Culver’s during my once a year trip has officially ended. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I have been disappointed with Culver’s during the past few yearly trips. Looks like it’s Wendy’s...
Read moreWent through the drive thru ordered French fries, a small ice-cream cone and 2hot fudge sundaes, one regular and one double hot fudge. $17 DOLLARS. WENT TO FIRST STOP TO PAY THEY GIVE US THE FRENCH FRIES TOLD US TO PULL AHEAD IN THE PARKING LANE TO WAIT FOR REST OF ORDER. waited a half hour finally called on phone to see what was going on with the minute or two to make sundae. 5 minutes later they brought them out. No apologies. The sundae each had about 4 tablespoons of ice cream 1 tablespoon of hot fudge and no double fudge for the one that i ordered. THE SMALL ICE CREAM CONE HAD MORE ICE-CREAM THAN THE SUNDAES. $17 DOLLARS FOR A HALF OF A CUP OF ICE-CREAM 14 FRENCH FRIES AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF HOT FUDGE THAT COST THEM MAYBE A DOLLAR TO MAKE. AT LEAST WE KNOW WHO ROBBED US IN PLAIN DAYLIGHT. THIS IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING FOR A BUSINESS TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE THEY ARE DOING. CULVERS ISN'T THE ONLY ONE BEING GREEDY LIKE THIS STEALING ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY THERE IS A LOT OF CROOKS OUT THERE WHERE GREEDY has taken over their lives but it don't seem to bother them losing customers and they will! Very disappointed with the thieves we have in...
