Today is my last day in Puerto Rico visiting my parents. After 20 years out of puerto rico I wanted my family to try one of the best pizzas in my childhood hood. BUT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, first they brought over some bread which was extremely stale so hard that it could break tour teeth. Later we got mofongo with chiken Chicharon, mofongo was very soggy and no flavor, beef broth was flavorless. Now the pizza that I use to LOVE, now I think it's the WORST PIZZA EVER!!! Sauce needs flavor, cheese it's like rubber and pale as hell. We could barely cut thru the crust. In a few words dont throw away your money, there is a good pizza place right before it and it was awesome. Not sure how they are still in business and even if the food is quality food. I feel bad for the employees that have to work in this place. Juat my experience and I will NEVER eat...

Terrible food and worst of all mediocre and horrendous customer service. They disrespected and acted so unprofessional regarding my husband not speaking Spanish it seems that because of that he was treated poorly. The food presentation looked disgusting and tasted the same. It was a carry out order and when we made it to the place we are staying they didn’t put our Calzones and then when I called the terrible and uneducated employee insinuated that it was my husband’s fault for not checking and that he “seemed” scared. Like seriously? I would love to talk to the manager of this restaurant and I am looking forward to it. We ended up eating at Puerto Madero a place near them and with better service/ food quality. As tourists we felt mistreated by this restaurant and do not recommend you to visit here.

Read moreDoes not have a parking lot. I went in Mother's day so area was crouded. No reservations needed. Have to look for a space at side walks nearby so good luck with that. I took a star because of that. Service is excellent and clean. Did not have to wait long to have a desk and waiter was very polite and serviceable. I order the mashed plantain with fried pork it included mayo ketchup and a small bowl of chicken soup. Very tasty. But the pork meat was a bit overcooked and was hard to chew. The serving size for one person is good enough. The calzone was delicious and big. The price is modest not cheap but affordable. I spend $50 for 4 person including me. So that is ok. If they could improve the hard to chew pork meat then I would recommend to anyone with my eyes closed. For now just eat...
