I ordered 40 wings a total of 4 blue cheese 4 ranch 4 celery and a large order of fries. My total was more than $60 and I paid cash on Sunday night during a snowstorm. I was having friends over. I picked up my order. When I returned home there was no blue cheese, ranch or celery but according to my receipt I was charged for them. However the receipt didn’t show how much each item cost. When I called and informed them of their mistake I was first told that the person who I was speaking with didn’t pack my order so it wasn’t his fault. I explained that if I came back to get the items or the refund for the items my food would be cold by the time I got back. I explained I would be happy to bring the entire order back and I would like a fresh order. I was told no they were not going to do that. So I asked for the manager and I explained that the error was not mine and my guest shouldn’t have to eat cold food. The manager argued with me for several minutes and then told me even if they cold remake my order it would be ate least an hour. At this point one of the gentlemen at my home spoke up (my phone was on speaker) and made a comment about bad customer service. And all of a sudden the manager murmured something and then hung up on me. I just don’t want to spend my money to be treated like that. I don’t want to have to argue with anyone. And since I paid cash I couldn’t just ask for a refund. What is wrong with people today. I’m sorry if it was free or discounted or a gift I would have happily accepted it and given a good review but I expect to get value for my money....
Read moreI can't stress this enough...this place is absolutely terrible. Please, please, please, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. Walked in and nobody was at the counter but there were 8 customers waiting. Music was blaring offensive music throughout the place (words I'd rather not repeat, but suffice it to say, not suitable for a place of business). Finally, after about 5 minutes, someone finally appeared from the back and proceeded to try to figure out what was happening. After about 10 minutes waiting, received my order. As for the food, holy hell was it bad. The boneless wings were so overcooked we could have used them a charcoal briquettes for the grill. Literally, hard as a rock. They must have either been cooked, cooled, re-cooked, put in the freezer for a few days, thawed, cooked, and then re-cooked again then sauced. They were so bad. Yes, they were sauced, but since the wings were so dry, the sauce was soaked up immediately and there was really no sauciness, if you get my meaning. On top of that, they mis-sauced one of the sets of wings. The fries were so salty that they were inedible - like eating a saltlick. The celery had brown edges and the carrots were borderline white from being so dried out. There's a reason BW3s are dying and not even a desperate attempt at a takeout spot only won't save this brand. Just bad, bad, bad....
Read moreThe food was fine. My only issue is that it felt like the wings barely had any sauce on them. It was like they intentionally tried to put the smallest amount of sauce possible on them. The free boneless wings that came with the order definitely were barely tossed in sauce. My wife and I had to look twice to see if it was any on them which again was minimal. The ranch cups were the same. Two of them were not even half full. Again like they tried to give the smallest amount possible. I will try it again because I like Bdubs. I guess I'll just have to ask for more sauce and...
