My daughter and I purchased 2 medium subs. I asked for the pickles to be placed seperate and not in the boxes with the sandwiches and for the bread not to be toasted. The girl was so busy flirting and having a personal conversation that she was about to toast the bread until I stopped her. Once, we drove 20 to 25 minutes toboir home we noticed she had placed the pickles inside the boxes directly on the sandwiches. My daughter eats pickles and it was okay foe her but for me the smell and taste makes me sick so I had to emove that part of my bread. Once, we started wating the sandwiches we noticed they weren't made right the meat and toppibgs weren't evey placed on the bread and each sandwich was dry. She had forgotten to add the mayo and mustard to my sandwich and my dqughter jerk sandwich had no sauce or seasoning. We immediately ) review. After, speaking with the manager and telling him this he apologized and said for the inconvenience he would have 2 combos chips and drinks waiting for us on credit at the Mayfield store. We decided to go there last week and the manager's sister Patti had a really nasty attitude she said we would have to pay for the subs again but that manager saaid the chips and drinks would be free. "Make it make sense" We never asked for chips and drinks we complained about how horrible the experienxe and the sandwiches tasted and were made so why would we have to pay for the 2 subs again. Do you know she continued to argue with me in front of customers "poor customer service." What she didn't realize was that my daughter works for Ajuha sports medicine for the Cleveland Browns doctors and she was there to place a catering order for her departments New Years Eve party becUse she thought the manager was nice for apologizing and replacing the sandwiches. But, when all this happened we walked out went to Dibella's to place the catering order and we told them what happened at firehouse and they gave both me and my daughter free lunch. So don't waste your time with this place they have horrible customer service, they don't care about the customer experience or fixing there mistakes. You have lots of sub places...
Read moreWell I used to like this place. I ordered a sandwich and could not find any cheese on it. I called the store and she said she put cheese on it, she was certain. Well I couldn't see it so I brought it back up as the shift manager suggested. When I got there she examined it after gloving up and picked through each piece to show me what she said were specks of cheese. Now right there I was about done. She said if she were to remake it, it would have the same amount of cheese on it. I said, you mean none? If you have to look that hard to point it out, and I can't see it, then there is not enough cheese! She could put more on this sandwich that she just picked through, but it would be extra. Really? Now I'm really done. I asked for the manager. She said she could call her after sending a photo of the sandwich, omg! So I get on the phone with the manager, who said the photo showed the cheese was as it should be and I could get extra for an additional charge. I told her I don't see cheese, it should be melty and cheesy, which this sandwich was neither! I am now blown away that I am debating cheese with these two people. They agreed to remake it, although they say it was done right to begin with. She wanted me to leave my name, in case the was a problem again. Huh? Probably to look for this review is more like it. Oh and, they added more cheese for nothing, after spending ten minutes debating the invisible cheese and two trips to their store. I thought I was being punked. And the are representing Mayfield Fire? I'm truly appalled at the service and quality I experienced. Won't...
Read more$17 for a medium sandwich, chips, and drink is outrageous. I beat the lunch rush and had no line, but I still managed to wait 20 minutes for one sandwich. There were 3 people "working" not including the manger. Guy one took my order and my money fast and continued to take orders as 3 other people came in . Guy two then began making a sandwich, took him roughly 10 minutes, ONE sandwich, but that was for a mobile order. It was hard work, so guy two needed to rest his hands. Luckily, he never gets tired of talking. Now the guy who took my order, aka guy one, starts making the sandwich. Apparently, only one person at a time can make a sandwich from what I gathered with my observation. The third employee seems to be busy doing something, but im not exactly sure what, a lot of back and forth, moving 5 feet at a time in a star pattern but never really holding or carrying anything, I think I saw her put a salt and vinerag potato chip in a bag of nacho cheese doritos so she might actually be a scientist for lays. The sandwich was good, but I won't go back for a long time, not because of the waiting experience but because I dont like feeling like im getting ripped off from these corporations, this isnt...
