Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mayfield Heights

UPDATE: My husband really wanted Taco Bell although we swore off this location after the last visit but our other location is currently closed so I reluctantly took him back to this location. Same as last time rude staff, not wearing masks (which isnt as a big of deal anymore but still) and forgetting items in the order. I cant wait for them reopen the other one down the road but worth the drive.

Thistaco bell is awful! I have had multipule bad expierances here and it just needs to be shut down. They are not taking Covid seriously at all! Im very upset about this I have been there 2 times with employees not wearing masks or wearing masks properly! The staff is rude, if i ask for something and they dont have it its like they are mad at you that they dont have it. They seriously are all attitude. So today after my visit and I noticed the drive thru employee who wouldn't speak to me not wearing her mask properly i called the store and asked to speak to the manager who had just as much attitude as the rest of her staff. I told her what happened and she asked for the employees name and Oh I didn't know because she was NOT wearing a name tag. The manager gave me so much attitude since I didn't know her name! And i said she was tall and thin and working the drive thru. I had previously been there and i believe it to be the same employee wasnt wearing a mask at all. Took about 20 minutes for our food. Food was luke warm and dry, like it was sitting around for 20 minutes. The fries were especially bad and my chalupa supreme was gross. My five layer beefy burrito came without sour cream. I asked for one with sour cream and after waiting 7 minutes I was given another burrito with no sour cream. After this, what I assume was a manager asked me what was wrong and when I told her she offered to replace again. I then told her to just not worry about making me another, she apologized to which I responded with a "whatever". She then turned to the cashier and loudly asked, "did he just say whatever to me?!" To which I turned around and responded "Yes I did." Not once did I yell or curse or act belligerently.

I then went to the restroom before leaving and while my wife filled up her soda cup, the manager was in the back loudly complaining and making fun of me for complaining about my food. My wife told her she should probably wait until customers are gone before talking bad about them. My wife then offered to calmly explain the situation because the manager was flipping out. The manager then told my wife that we needed to leave immediately.

Severely understaffed to the point where they just open and close the restaurant whenever they feel like it, had multiple experiences where the last worker in the store just leaves and tells the line of people at the drive thru that the the store is closing multiple hours before sheduled. (UPDATE 10/25; STUPIDLY I've come back to this location more than once but every single time there's been something wrong and the wait is god awful. This time 3 cars behind me skipped the speaker and left the drive thru line because no one even spoke to them. Had I not placed a mobile order I would have done the same. There were only 3 employees working from what I could see through the window, all of them staring at the order screen half the time, no individual tasking, chaotic communication, and general apathy for their work is what I witnessed for the 5 minutes I sat just sitting there. I could run it better alone and have seen other people do it which is why I held off on writing this novel until now. AND y'all forgot my sauce. At this point I'd like to see this business closed and see an opportunity given to a member of our local community who would certainly serve us, the taco loving public, with more care and integrity than a greedy corporation that does everything I just mentioned AND RAISES THEIR...
