Hardee's — Restaurant in Mayfield

10/7/22 8:00pm After getting home to find items we paid for missing from our order, we had to go back. Particularly now that everything is so expensive. The replacement fries were less than half full and the sandwich bun was burnt. Upon speaking to the manager about the issues, I was told that: 1) all the buns are the same. They all look like that (they don’t). 2) he doesn’t work the front line so he can’t help that the employees don’t fill the French fry containers more than half full, leave items out of orders, etc. If he has no impact on how employees do their jobs, what exactly is he managing. It boils down to this…when the price of everything continues to rise, people don’t want to spend $45 on a fast food meal that is inaccurate, incomplete, or burned. If the cost is double what it used to be (and my salary is not) I don’t think a minimum level of quality control is too...

I regularly go to this Hardee's to get the Hardee breakfast platter. I can get everyone in my family a Hardee's platter to go and enjoy a large breakfast at home with the family for less than half of what I would pay for @ a Cracker Barrel. And I have a vegetarian in the mix that they make sure has a a meal clearly labeled with no meat entree and gravy. They are always honest if there is going to be a long wait. They offer a complimentary drink as I wait sometimes and always apologize (apologies accepted, they cook it faster...with less mess, than I would). 5 stars from me for breakfast here(that's all I've ever had) 5 stars for atmosphere, it's typically me by myself getting to go meals but from what I can tell the atmosphere seems comfortable inside when I've...

Breakfast is most generally very good and IMO the driving meal for this particular Hardee's. As a matter of fact ,to the extent that it is offered until noon. After that not much goes on there. THEY had a GREAT biscuit and country fried steak add gravy!! Got it everyday! Then THEY swapped the country fried steak for a DIFFERENT VERSION OF IT , PROBABLY CHEAPER and the taste was obviously different (bad) After the 2nd one I had bought, I figured this is the new flavor THEY are going with and i havent bought another one. BTW I'm not the only one that quit eating that. The drive thu was NOTORIOUSLY SLOW but has seemed to gotten much faster since muy last post. To Hardee's... treat your employees good and QUIT MESSING WITH TGE FOOD...
