Taco John's — Restaurant in Mayfield

So we chose to eat taco johns tonight wed. March 16 2022 @8:00. My wife spent $38.00 on a meal for our family. I do not complain about food spots usually, but for the last moth, they have been terrible.The girls up frontIn the Drive-ThruPlay around constantlyAnd then dropped my wife's cqrd out of the drive thru windon, she then forgot 4 cheese cups that we paid for. The food was so cold the dogs would not eat it after we declined the meal. The churros had no sugar at all, patatoe olay have sat for hours and are very salty and crispy "inedible" mexi rolls flat as the tray they came in. I will no longer buy food from them. It really has me upset. And just like any other bad reciew on here, nothing will be done about it,i just want people to know what they are really spending their hard earned money on. I constantly have problems with orders missing items but have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy. Today I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived was told my food had already been picked up by a doordash driver. Odd since I used the Taco John's app not doordash. Then after the manager on duty called someone was told that they wouldn't remake the food and i'd have to call support for the app. I tried to call support but the only thing you can do is leave a voicemail. So now I am out almost $30 and was basically told, "Oh tough luck" I really do love the food, but don't order from this Taco John's EVER. Horrible customer service, I wish I could leave a zero...

First of all the employees had masks on but only around their chins or necks. One of the employees was looking inside the tea container. Literally had her nose right over the edge as it was high sitting. I ordered a burrito. I was an excellent example of what you ordered and what I actually got situation. I kinda wanted to go back just to see if this was just a one time kinda thing. Then I thought about the employees simply not bothering to adhere to masking and I figured WHY go back? I would like to add that some people can not afford to go out hardly ever. If this is the standard of product that this location serves we have no reason to put our money...
