I placed a carry out order for a large pizza and wings. The lady who took our order took our request and placed the order but did not get our name for the order. I called right back to give her our name for the order. The gentleman who took the call took care of placing our name to our order and was kind enough to also allow the order to be a curbside pickup since I have a injury to my leg and have difficulty walking. He advised me to flash the lights on and off to my vehicle and he would take us the order to our vehicle. We did as we were advised but no one came to give us our order. When we called back a lady answered and told us that they would not give us curbside because it wasn't allowed. We informed her that the gentleman we had spoken to said he would take out our order. The lady stated that she had advised the gentleman not to follow through with the curbside because it was not allowed. I had to with difficulty get out of my vehicle and walk in to pick my order up. To make matters worse, when I inquired about the delay, the staff repeatedly blamed the ‘inaccurate system’, which only added to my frustration. It turned out that my pizza had been ready for 15 minutes, yet there was no communication or effort to rectify the situation promptly.

Read moreI'm a big fan of Domino's and I usually use another location on Nolana but happened to be shopping close to the N. 10th location. I have the app and timed my shopping around the tracker that Domino's has. I arrived about fifteen minutes after placing the order online, and both my app and the screen in the venue said my order was ready. However, I was told that it was going to be ready in 2 minutes. 15 minutes passed by, and I went up to the counter and asked about my order. I spoke with an associate who told me they had to remake one of the pizzas, and then the supervisor, who was quite rude, interrupted and said that they forgot to make it. Then she gave me her back to help another person who was also waiting. I'll never use that location again.
