Honestly one of the best Customer Service experiences I've ever had. I had ordered a pizza with a specialty sauce via the Domino's iPhone/iPad App, they had run out of this and called me to let me know and ask about alternatives. I was pretty busy at the time and missed their phone call, later on when I returned the call I spoke with the nicest person who apologized for the inconvenience, already had sent my pizza out anyway with an alternative since I had been unreachable, so I wouldn't have to wait on my meal. I was impressed and thankful at that point, but it get's even better. Once the delivery person arrived, they immediately greeted me and issued a genuine apology for running out of the specialty sauce, once again checked for satisfaction with the alternative, and gave me a gift certificate for a free pizza with unlimited toppings as compensation for any inconvenience from Domino's signed by Ramiro P**. To me it was just a sauce, these employees went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I work in the service industry and I'm pretty good at reading between scripted customer service platitudes and I'll tell you that their concern was 100% genuine. This happened more than a few months ago and I still think of that order every time I order from Domino's, and it doesn't hurt they have the best delivery pizza in town.

Read moreI ordered at 7:15 pm. A female took my order. I gave her my number. Gave her the gate code to enter. At 8:30 still waiting on order. I dont order out all the time but it was nice to not cook and treat my grand kids to pizza. 1st call to dominoes spoke with a male said his name was Omar, i explained i was waiting on an order and checking the status. Omar replyed said he would call driver but my order should not take more than 2 hours, i confirmed the adress and phone number.at this point and hung up. My 2nd call. Omar answered, i asked for a manager. Omar said he was the manager. Then corrected me by saying he was the Gm. I asked where was my order ? Omar replyed with driver was at my house and no one answered. He called my number he said. Which was a number i didnt even know.Omar said i took your order. I said no sir !!! it was a female !!!! I asked how did he get in the gate to my house. If the kids are looking out the window and waiting. Omar rudely said what do you want ? I told him the food i paid for 2 hours ago Omar replied with there i refunded your money. I never said i wanted to cancel my order. Omar needed me to repeat my phone number several times then asked me to repeat the oder so he could place the order again. Its 9:40 pm and the pizza driver just called. SO UNPLEASED WITH...
Read moreI had asked for extra tomato sauce, but when I received the pizza it looked like it had light sauce. 2weeks later we reordered and it was the same way. I was in store and brought it up to the manager. They said they can give me a bag of tomato sauce, but that they’re not allowed to do that?? I asked if they can just remake it and she said “it’ll take a while,” and rolled her eyes.. implying they were busy. I said that was no problem and she just walked away without any form of acknowledgment, and she was the same way when the pizza was ready. She just looked at me from across the room and set the pizza box on the counter and walked away. I opened the box this time and tell me why the pizza looked dryer than the first? At this point I just asked for my money back....
