This restaurant severely lacks customer service training. I call and get put on hold immediately for over 5 minutes. When I finally get to speak with someone she doesn’t give a name. I tell her I am missing sauces and she proceeds to put me on hold again. Then she tells me I can drive all the way back to get them or I can get a credit order for 2 extra sauces. I ask if they can’t just deliver it to the pinpoint location at Dominos and she again puts me on HOLD! She tells me know and I explain to her we’re not from here and what is the point of going to get the sauces tomorrow if I won’t be needing them. She tells me she doesn’t know making it seem as if it’s not her problem. I hang up and try to contact customer support which of course can only be contacted via email. So I call back and ask to speak with a manager. I get no name again and have to ask for his name. “Anthony” the so called manager answers and tells me there is nothing they can do because they didn’t deliver it to me and it was a car side order. I ask why they can’t just bring it to the pinpoint location at least and he said that it was not their problem or responsibility since it was a car side order. I explained to him that it was not my fault that I did not get my sauces and they should be able to bring me my sauces since it was a mess up on their end. He refuses telling me they will not because it’s not on them that I didn’t get them since it was a car side order. “Perla” is the so called team member who answered the phone when I first called and they both seemed to be content with their lack of customer service. Read moreI usually order from this location, as it is close to my house. However, customer service is very lacking, I usually over look things, but its a reoccurring issue with this location. The manager Daniel takes himself too seriously, and is kinda rude to his employees. I went to ask if an order was already out, and he didn't even let me talk. He cut me off, and saying it would be right out in a moment. I spent about 10 minutes waiting, before he even bothered checking. It turns out, it had been there all along, cold pizza I got. To add icing on the cake, it was missing some items,, just some dipping sauces missing, so I called and instead of giving me a partial refund he mentioned to go all the way back to the store or give my credit card info. Like I am going to risk my info for that, or waste time and gas going back for just that... Other dominoes locations are pretty good, but I would not...

I ordered two large pizzas with garlic bread knots and they send the cinnamon twists I’m OK with people making mistakes but then you tell me it’s going to be an hour before a driver can bring them back out to my house which is on the same block two minute walking distance so I decided I would go get them myself they told me 10 to 12 minutes I’ll show up 15 minutes later to get told it’s going to take 20 minutes I need to wait. I told the gentleman at the register I was told 15 minutes 20 minutes ago bc you’ve had me standing her for 5 minutes to just give my money back.
