I had reserved a party for “10” because that’s what the employee had told me to do then change the amount on kids depending on how many arrived. I told them I was expecting around 30-40 kids (plus parents) & they told me the same amount of tables is given from 10-40 kids reservation. I asked the manager how that was possible and his response was “ we’ve never had any complains” so this is a complaint. They didn’t allow taking in food or drinks unless you pay $150 but if you pay the $150 you couldn’t take pizza in anyway because they sell that there. We decided to just purchase everything there when the host came to ask what we needed I told her I wanted to start with 8 -2 liters ( they only offered coke and sprite) they only brought me 5 and told us they ran out. I asked if I could go buy some they said if I paid $100 to take some in!!!!! I was in disbelief. I went to talk to manager and they sent someone to buy some (took about 30-40 minutes) my guests were thirsty. They said they would bring ice as well. After 40 minutes they brought out 3 cokes and told me they didn’t buy sprite just cokes. They were hot so I asked for some Ice ( another 20 minutes to get) and they brought them in rectangle containers. I asked how were we supposed to serve and the lady said “ I don’t know” I ended up using a cup I had brought in. As more guest showed up some started using the table next to us to rest since it was empty and they said it was for the public , they said my party guest couldn’t use it. I could not believe I was hearing this. They had told me it was $50 for half the table - $100 for the 2 tables. ( it’s 2 tables turned into one longer one) I was extremely overwhelmed how the whole service was I kinda just stopped being so worried and tried to enjoy my daughters party and then they came and told us the table next to us was going to be a part of a party. My husband then said if we could pay for the half table ($50) our guest were using so we wouldn’t have to tell them to move and they said no it was too late. After talking to the 3 managers they said we could pay for it but we had to pay $100 for Both and I said I wasn’t using the other half why it was an option to pay $50 if they said “ it wasn’t fair for the other party” but what they failed to see is how they weren’t being fair for me. The manager was like “you only had 15 kids” & I was like no I have “32” and she goes well regardless it’s the same tables for all parties. So I asked her how they were expected to fit and she said “ since the package is only for kids table is for the kids” so basically they aren’t accommodating parents and such…. But we have to pay for the food and drinks for parents and they don’t get a place to sit? Overwhelmed and all we ended up moving to our tables did cake, paid, & left! I was so embarrassed because I didn’t even know half my guest since it was classmates in my daughter’s class I had never met. The receipt didn’t seem right to me so I went online to check the prices and I looked out the breakdown online how they charged and I was able to see the full price for my amount of kids and taxes were included with the price and then on my receipt they taxed it again so an additional “ $60” of extra taxes and that was only for the kids play. I calls and called and some manager answers so rude on the phone and I was like hey I was over charged and she’s like what makes you think we over charged you. ( At this point I was like they either have caller ID & know it was me or I’m really freaking impressed in the professionalism. ( I did a survey before I left with all negative review) She tried to tell me the breakdown and I explained to her online that price included tax and then I was tax again for my full receipt and she’s like okay it’s been refunded. I’m really really curious if they do this to every party? My brother booked party .. sister in law hosted her own party cuz they only had two hostess and they booked like 5 parties at once .. they did not offer enough seats for the number of guests my brother had so I was being moved around different tables not close to the area where my nephews party was taking place … at the end they even got rid of my stuff I left on the table I was using to give it to another party because they paid the manager $100 and the manager was so dumb to admit it to us when I asked why they took my table while I stepped away to take my kids to go play .. manager said I’m sorry I didn’t know it was being used when our pizza drinks and cups were on top of the table .. we had only eaten 3 slices of pizza and our drinks were filled more than half .. other of my brothers guests noticed the situation that they offered to leave just so other of my brothers guests could sit , of course my brother said no don’t leave …. When we complained to manager she offered to give us a grievance form and that was her way to solve our situation so we asked “ how is that grievance form supposed to help us ??” .at the end we requested at least partial refund and they denied us and tried to get us to book another event with them but with a discount or 15 free passes .. we will never book another event with them but we took the 15 passes but still don’t know if they will be used .. very upset awful experience, rude people from managers to hostess .. save yourself a horrible experience and...

Booked for our party online, and added all the extras I needed online and used a code for the party. When we checked out they charged us more than $200 extra than what we were quoted online. And also charged us $25 per extra per kid, when online says $21. Neither of the “‘managers” cared or even were competent enough to understand what we were saying. They spent the whole time trying to prove us wrong instead of listening to what we were trying to explain about the charges we already had paid for. Would not recommend due to the “managers”. Sad because the girl who helped us with our party was very nice and kind. had they cared it would have been a better experience. But if those are the mangers running the place then I’m sure it’s going to fail at that location just like the other one did.

Also want to add to their reply which is incorrect. Which is exactly why they are incompetent because I didn’t “expect” the pizzas at that price.
