Once we walked in the gentleman at the bar was really nice and helpful he helped us choose our drinks and gave us specialty drink that tasted good. Mind you I’ve never been here before if was my first time. I saw a pool table that looked empty so I asked the waitress wearing a black cheetah print shirt with a black jacket if it was available a simple question she replied and said “if you want a table join the waitlist” and she automatically gave me the worst attitude honestly I was shocked of the tone of voice she used with me I then saw another pool table open so I asked her “can I take that table over there?” She then replied “ i don’t know what you’re asking me, I don’t know what you’re talking if there’s a table over there then I don’t have anything to do with that” she rolled her eyes and walked away, honestly she made me feel embarrassed and killed my vibe a little. So there's bartender with the fruity haircut and thinks he owns the place is full of rage and anger. Always rude. Now the new bartender that was there was exceptional. He was helping me all night great service from him. I asked for the check and told him I would paying with cash . Until fruity pebbles over here say is he charged me thru the card and not only that he adding 10 extra dollars yes is nothing bit its the principle and then he started confronting me like he was gonna do somethin . But when he confronted my wife That'when things got heated. Thankfully the security guard there also very respectful , descalated the sitution.. and I bet it's not first time he was also being so disrespectful to his boss. Idk how he is still working there.. . Again hes Short fruity haircut and think he owns the joint. Need some anger...

Have had some good but mostly bad servers here. If paying cash upon delivery of drinks make sure they bring your tab printed out or else they will add a 40% tip to your total and make it sound like the total of the drinks without tip and not tell you so you end up tipping more on top of the already added 40%.. have had servers change the amount from a 25% tip to 50% ( tipped 25% because one of my beers brought to me was almost roomtemp) when I pointed it out the server told me they don't put these in ice and had just barely put them into the fridge right before I ordered them and they still brought it to me warm.. Great job! If you pay with card, watch ur bank account to make sure the tip deducted a few days later matches what you put, happened more than once where they like to change the amount thinking no one...
