We ventured out to Honoo Ramen Bar during their soft opening. They mentioned being slightly short-staffed and not having the full menu available yet, but the service was fantastic—staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I tried the watermelon spritz cocktail, which was absolutely delicious and left me a bit tipsy! The gyozas were perfectly cooked, not overdone, and the ramen was equally impressive. I called to place an order for pick up. I was greeted kindly on the phone and the wait time wasn't long (about 15 minutes ). I ordered the Yakisoba with chicken and a side of Edamame. The portions were very filling and delicious! Upon arrival I was greeted first thing when I walked in through the door. The vibe was great and it's beautiful inside. Food was great service was prompt and friendly. An issue we encountered was the menu did not state the roll my wife ordered has spicy mayo on it. She has a low heat tolerance. We informed server when he came around to ask how everything was she said i didnt know it would be spicy it didn't say in the menu his reply was oh okay. So she did what she could to scrape it off. She doesn't like to return stuff if its not offered so technically thats on us. So just ask ahead.
