Owner accused me of not paying through the bite squad app even after showing proof that I paid wanted me to pay twice so clearly unprofessional. You do not accuse a customer of stealing when clearly I paid through the app and everything was prepaid first and last time I come here

2nd inquiry response clearly you have no Idea how this app works, there are 2 methods when using bite squad app. The customer can either have the order delivered to them , or the 2nd option is to have the customer pick it up themselves. Secondly I placed it for 3 reasons first off your staff cannot communicate properly in English so I chose to do everything online. Two there was a promo going on that day in which In reality I paid 15 dollars instead of paying 40$ what I would've paid without the coupon from bite squad. And thirdly I work at a medical office where everything is fast pace so I just use bite squad to free time off my hands. And lastly you claim that I was never charged yet here on my bank account the money was taken out and I will be disputing the charge as well as file a claim with the BBB!

Oh and also not to mention that same day I went to Costa Mesa using the same credit card, the same bite squad app, and guess what without any issues I got my food!

Perhaps you and your staff need better training, and need to be up to par with the technology, were not in the 1950s to be calling over the phone to...

Very small place seating probably no more than 50 ppl. Casual dining environment with nice touch of ambiance and decor. Started off with the caprese salad and shrimp empanada. Both delicious and very well seasoned. Entrees we ordered the tomahawk and margarita pizza. Steak cooked very nicely but I felt needed a bit more season…but definitely a great price for 80$. The pizza…best I’ve had…hands down. The dough soft pillowy texture but just the perfect amount of chewiness. To finished off we got the passion fruit cheesecake and lemon cake. Lemon cake was very delicious and light. However the cheesecake…it’s not real cheesecake but one of those cheaply marshmallow fluff In a jar recipe which I despise.
