Took my family out to Kiri Kiri for dinner and we were not expecting much, but instead we found a place that we want to return to for another family outing! We had ordered a bowl a ramen, 2 orders of wings (plain and red hot) and a side of fries and they were all incredible!! The red hot wings had the perfect amount of spice to them for a spice lover like me, not to mention a tad of this delicious sweetness that made the wings super enjoyable, the plain wings were good as well but I like my wings saucey, my little girl enjoyed it though. An order of fries was so large!! Felt more like a basket of fries, shared an order with my family and there was enough to go around not to mention the fries were so delicious!! Crunchy, and so savory best fries I’ve had in awhile. My wife had the bowl of Ramen and with the one bite i took it was good, my wife enjoyed it, but personally was my least favorite thing of what we ordered. My wife had also ordered a korean corn dog that had come out a little burnt but enjoyable nonetheless. All round delicious food especially for korean food enjoyers. The atmosphere was very nice had writing on the wall from what I assume were previous customers, they had Kpop bands on the television which was nice (those kpop bands make weird music videos man lol) and for the service it was quick and responsive and they had little clickers on the table which the staff responded to very quickly. It was a very nice place and very delicious food. If I had anything to complain about it would be that some of their side sauces (cholula, ranch, soy sauce) would be better replaced with something made in-house a homemade ranch sauce would elevate the food by miles, the little sauce packet ranch wasnt very delectable and instead of cholula maybe some of the in house sauce or something would be a better thing to give, regardless it is a 10/10 place highly...
Read moreThis was my first visit to the Mission location and I was delighted. I had a good overall experience.
I had been the McAllen location a couple times and love the chicken tenders. I was on my way back from a hike at Bentsem State Park and famished.
This location is very modern and inviting. The walls are covered in colorful messages from customers.
I was immediately greeted by a server that led me to my table and kindly guided me through the options. She also showed me the button system they have on each table to call a server to order or pay. It was simple and handy.
I decided tto try something new and ordered the Chicken Mayo Bowl with the Sweet and Spicy Chicken that I enjoy.
It did take little longer than expected for my food to come out but I also came during a dinner rush. The server was apologetic about the wait when it arrived.
The bowl was packed with flavor and a variety of textures. All of it came together well. All of it was cooked well, the eggs, onions and rice and of course the chicken. I devoured every last bit.
I will say it had a bit more mayo than I anticipated. Then again, what else would one expect if it's literally called a Chicken Mayo Bowl? I opted for the Kiri Kiri Mayo, which was tasty.
After my meal, I tested the "Bill"button. A server arrived in seconds with a mobile POS to take my payment. I loved not having to wait or chase down a server to pay and leave.
Throughout, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant is super clean. The overall vibe...
Read moreI've been stationed in Korea before and have always told my wife about how good the food was. I was hoping that when we walked into Kiri Kiri, specifically this location, that she would be able to experience that level of goodness and heavenly flavor. Boy did she! The atmosphere, the vibes, so calm so welcoming. And the waiters, so very friendly. I love the fact that they also have board games and stuff that kept our son entertained. Love the k pop music playing in the background. I ordered the sweet and spicy tenders and Ramen bowl. The tenders were so delicious. Clean ingredients for sure because my stomach didn't hurt like Wingstop's spicy tenders. The ramen? Like no other. Such soft noodles and the soup/juice was great. The egg inside was also a nice touch. My wife ordered the Galbi KupBap which she loved and now constantly goes back for and gets it to go. My son is a picky eater but he destroyed that chicken sandwich. End all be all, I wish we could relive our visit and that nothing about this location would change. 10/10 recommend. My wife tried visiting the location on 10th Street and says that there was no comparison. This location takes...
