Jack in the Box — Restaurant in McAllen

I will never go back to this location HORRIBLE!!! I ordered thru the drive thru 3 jumbo jac k with cheese combos. As I pulled thru the window to pay, the cashier repeated my order.I noticed she didn't mention the cheese so I asked her to charge me the cheese on the three jumbo Jack's. Confidently I arrived home as we began to eat out food there was NO cheese! I called immediately there was NO answered it took 5 times for them to answer the phone. A lady finally answered and I explained what happened she began telling me how I would only get credit for burger. I explained how am I to get 1 burger?! My order was three! I let her know I was going back and wanted my order done correctly! All three jumbo jack with cheese combos. The lady said ok just show up with receipt. As my husband and I were driving back I took a look at the receipt they hadn't even charge me for the cheese. That's not my fault! I wanted my order done right and I was willing to pay for the cheese even after the inconvenience! As I pull thru the drive thru this young man NOEL before I said anything right away told me you didn't pay for the cheese were not going to give you anything. I responded by telling him that I would pay for the cheese. It isn't my fault that they didn't charge it. They got the ordered wrong! So I handed over the cold jumbo Jack's along with the fries. Then he comes back and starts stating that the bag were empty and there was NO burger! Seriously this guy NOEL is disgusting liar! The manager I'm assuming because no one ever apologize to me told NOEL to go ahead and give me the burgers with cheese. I waited then he hands me the cheese burgers without fries. He then again said I didn't give him my fries. I let him know I would call the cops it's stealing not to get what I paid for. The lady manager then let's him know the fries were right there he was hesitating and didn't want to give me my food that I rightfully paid for. His behavior was very erratic and he was probably on drugs. I ended up throwing the food away the way they were behaving made me not trust the food. I'm not out there to get free food just wanted my order corrected and what I paid for. I will never ever go back! And I already filled out the survey I will receive a call back. I hope this review helps prevent people from going to this location and having to go thru what I did. Very rude unethic...

Wow....worse attitude and undercooked/undersized food and thats that i ordered ahead online. This has been my favorite ast food restaurant chain since I was a kid and won't let this experience change that. I will be throwing this away as it does not look safe to eat. I politely asked if all the sauces were in bag and it turns out employee had a saucy attitude as well. I said ok drove off. I stopped to check my order and it was a mess. I had a large order of fries which were not even half full so pulled back in to let them know.she shrugged and rolled her eyes as she was talking to another employee. We exchanged fingers and that was that. Then I stopped again before I left to really inspect the rest of the things in my order. I called the restaurant and let her know and asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. I also filed a complaint online and and customer service number. The service was abismile and the undercooked food was dangerous. I hope to hear back from you for my refund. I know it's hard to find good employees especially these days but if that's really your manager your training needs some...

This place is a joke. They take forever to get my simple #8 order out. They get it wrong and then they want me to pay for them getting the order wrong. To top it off I'm in the drive thru I can see them just starting there on their phones. No wonder they take forever and still manage to get one simple order wrong. A joke of a location. Then I called back the location number and they pretended, or dumb enough, to not know what I was talking about. I asked for a store manager, they place me on hold and felt me there for 10 min. I hung up called back and they ignored the call. I continued to call back to get someone one the line and they ignored every single call. I must have called back 30 times. What type of location ignores 30 call that means they actively ignored all call from me and anyone else that called during that time. Honestly don't even bother with this location or franchise at all. It's sad cause I used to enjoy jack in the box, but after today's experience never again. I only with I could leave 0 stars...
