McDonald's — Restaurant in McAllen

Unbelievable that the description for this place is “known for burgers and fries” I find it absolutely disgusting that you as the customer are punished for going to eat here while it’s slow. If there is a long line you will get fresh food for sure but if there is nobody there they will give you pre made food. Fact. I ordered two homestyle burger combos. One dry. They gave me two burgers with nothing on them. Patty with bread. Now I don’t work at a burger place, nor am I “known for burgers” but I understand that DRY means no sauce and the PLAIN means no veggies. I also graduated from the 3rd grade and understand that ONE is not the same thing as TWO. Now that we are all on the same page about what “One burger dry” is supposed to represent, let’s talk about these world famous fries. By all accounts a potato fry should be “golden” or some kind of yellow color. I am not joking when I say I could smell how brown the fries were before I opened the bag this is not fries that were reheated for me in the fried. This is fries that should have been thrown away when they got burned the first time. Different shades of brown tell me they are just throwing any old cold batch of fries in with new fries. Some of the fries were perfectly crispy and some were as crispy as Lava Rocks. Obviously I don’t eat rocks so I was unhappy with my food. Update: 12/10/2018 Like an abused...i still keep coming back with ......hope...gosh i live on it. So 4 times I go to graveyard shift 4 times the order is wrong or missing...oh and they are not busy at all...so the 3rd time I ordered and of course the order is wrong..get home..get ready for the movie...boom wrong order..have to get out and drive back..and tell them the order was wrong....who pays for my gas then???

Today I wanted a salad..same person whos made these mistakes 4 times ( girl with the cheap glasses) tells me.."we dont serve salad"...as usual to lazy to ask to lazy to look. A salad was in the cooler right behind her...so i ordered something else...

Guess what!!!they do have salads with chicken even...wow...complained to night manager and he tells me hes doing me a favor by answering my questions...imagine that...but its obvious these people could care less since no ones called me. But they sure had a meeting about me trashimg me for my complaints. Check out the pick of them huddling around.

Wow waiting and waiting for a lousy hashbrown that had been under the warmer right after my order was placed only to find out that the manager himself was falling asleep on the Job...THE WORST...fast...

Never again will I visit this location!!!! Employees are rude and offer no apologies for bad customer service 😡 they don’t verify orders and make it seem like you want free food when you complain. I had to get off to get condiments when I asked for them when I ordered, then I got home to find out they didn’t give me a complete meal. I told them to do a video review to confirm and they tell me if I want for them to give me the food🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I mean I payed for it you guys are not giving me anything… I didn’t get on the drive through to ask for charity or a hand out… so of course I want the food did they think I drove over there and spent gas for nothing. Worst place ever and it’s not the first time this happens. Management should really get with their employees because they might not need me as a customer and McDonald’s is going to do just fine without my business but it’s not about that .
