I visited ghatti's Oct.14 saturday, sat in theater area, and just like last weekend i asked for manager. He came to my table , i let him know the speakers must be on mute, kids were running around crying loudly, and as a mom i know if the volume would be ON then cryinv stops and kids watch screen... I asked him to fix volume it was on mute. He left came back and stood inside theater area and i signed to him cant hear anything. He walks over to table and says he fixed it. I said NO, u didnt. I dont hear anything. His name is Gerardo CHAVEZ. He was so RUDE TO ME, extremely RUDE! He says didnt u see me walk out? I answer, yes but u didnt fix it , its on mute. He then says well u cant hear it cuz ur yelling , i said i have to talk over the crying kids and you because u keep interupting me.. i am trying to eat and your just making me upset saying u fixed it and clearly u didnt. He says come look thats all it goes. Then he walks off says mam i already fixed it.
I said NO! You didnt.. Then he says why do u keep talking when i walk away? I said because im nit done talking to you and your extremely RUDE! I said... Well thats stupid last weekend other manager fixed volume for me it was also on mute. My son had his plate on table He was getting a soda to drink...he is 16 If he would have heard how rude this FAT manager was with me, he would have told him to LEAVE OUR TABLE!
The manager tells me ur gunna have to leave becauze ur being vulgar, I said u dont know what vulgar is! I said im not going anywhere my son is about to eat, he says ur saying im stupid so leave RITE NOW.. I said.... thats stupid and ur speakers dont work, thier stupid and on top of that ur deaf.
He says YOUR DEAF...i said theres nothing wrong with my hearing, i am disable because i need back operatikn nothing wrong with my ears or brain.
And Vulgar is profanity for YOUR INFORMATION!
I also asked a lady behind me can u hear movie she said NO!
So this manager is LOW CLASS and Ghetto person ,as your manager,he gives Ghattis bad name NO skills for customer Service...and on top of it all i had bad dinner dry baked potatoe and women restrooms were filthy...after arguing with this IDIOT i had pain in my stomach.
Rediculous!!, the girl and guy picking up plates are more educated , than that fat TOAD you appointed manager Gerardo Chavez

Read more8-15-25 First and most likely last visit. The good of the review first. The place is clean roomy and divided into sections so reasonably quiet. We did not hear the games or anyone playing them. The people at the front were friendly and welcoming. There are two stations each for plates napkins and silverware and cups drinks and ice set up away from the buffet area to ease congestion. Unfortunately the bad news is the food. The topping selections/combinations are fine. We tried almost everything on the bar. However the dough it is sitting on is not good. It was all tough, no matter if it was a fresh pizza or something that had been sitting for a bit. The bread sticks were tasteless. We ended up scraping the toppings off of most of the pizza and tossing the dough in the trash. The salad bar was also disappointing. Read moreOn Saturday, February 25th, 2023 I was eating dinner at this Gatti’s location with my family and I witnessed a horrible and unprofessional confrontation. A man, who was the manager, came to a family with their daughter. He was yelling and screaming at them about how their daughter was rude getting coffee. The mother apologized and told him that their daughter is mentally ill. He continued to yell back and say “I know she is special needs, I can tell. But I have special needs employees and they don’t act like her.” Then he stormed out. He made everyone, including that family, uncomfortable. Never in my life have I witnessed a manager being so unprofessional and rude to customers. This should’ve been handled differently and privately. He had no business making this family feel unwelcomed and especially to their special needs daughter. This incident makes me not want to return to this location. That manager should be dealt with and/or reprimanded. How unfortunate that this man is running a family restaurant. I do not want to return until that manager is dealt with...
