I have never in my 24 years on this planet raised my voice in a drive through, yet this Popeyes has manage to cross that off in my bucket list. My family and I have come to this location multiple times over the years and never had a single instance where we left feeling foul. The incident did not occur with the first person who took our order, a woman, but the second male worker who when I asked "what sauces do you have", because I could not locate them, was met with quick rude toned "they're at the bottom". Both my sister and I scanned every inch of the "bottom" of the menu and could still not find them. Then I proceed to ask "where at the bottom" only to be met with full of attitude manner "it's at the bottom". To which clearly pushed my buttons and I respond in a raised but not aggressive manner "you have new panels of advertisement which would be where you normally have sauces so no they're not at the bottom. Can you just list me your sauces." Which they did a new drink and 2 new wing flavors are always playing in the panel that should show me the sauces. To which the employee that was on the mic at the time stayed quite, which easily tells me this second person doesn't know their own menu since a third employee came to tell me the selection of sauces. Now rolling up to the window the third employee Jaime, who seemed the only one who knew helped correctly in this situation, charged me and handed my drinks and even wiped the outside for us which was nice. Then came a 4th much older gentleman who spoke no words handed us our order and after I gave a simple thank you slammed the window and walked away. I wish that was the only thing that occurred but when arriving home we realize they had not given us any of the sauces which we ordered 4 and we were also missing a side of fries and a biscuit. Hence why this review exist. If they had simply not chosen to leave these items out I would be writing a review on how the new wings are good but instead I'll leave you guys this 1 star for how terrible your service was and we will not be returning to this location again. Thank you. P.s. order was taken roughly 1:30 P.M. order...
Read moreThere was a long drive thru line so my husband got off expecting to get our order fast since there was less people in the dining area than the drive thru. I was waiting in the car, and as I waited I saw cars zooming through the drive thru. Literally no wait!!! While that's understandable it's only ok to a certain extent. I waited for an additional 15 minutes before I decided to call the restaurant to see why there was so many cars passing by the drive thru, and my husband was still not out. I called and not only did nobody answer, but someone kept answering and hanging up. That's when I decided to get off to see what was going on. I asked for the manager (Martin) who was really busy helping prepare the food so I don't blame him for trusting that the employees would know how to evenly distribute the orders. I asked why there was no urgency towards pushing out the dining room orders, but I kept on seeing all of the cars on drive thru passing by. Although it seemed like at first he didn't understand why I was so upset he seemed to get the point once he saw the order screen. He apologized and said I would get my order soon. I walked out after that, but my husband told me that he apologized to everyone that had been waiting and that he started directing his staff on properly distributing the orders. I would've been highly satisfied with my experience if I didn't have to bring up the situation to the...
Read moreMy food was great but I noticed the team leader/manager, not sure what he is, wasn't wearing gloves the entire time I was dinning in. As a manager he should know better than to be touching everything in the store and in that same moment turn around to make customers food. Luckily a super nice lady/team member made my food and put gloves on. Great service for me but that really upset me because we can argue he possibly washed his hands but we don't know for sure. I've worked in the food industry since I was 16 years old and even then I knew to ALWAYS put gloves on and wash my hands before a new pair being worn. It really sucks to have to write this review because everyone else in there was great but that's a big no no and a big OSHA violation. He was like a skinny guy wearing a gray collar shirt. It's common knowledge that I'm fast food restaurants the managers or team leaders don't wear regular T-shirts, they for the most part wear button up shirts so I know for a fact he is in one of...
