If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. the food is good, the customer service is terrible. not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration & go anywhere else. The issue began when I called to place a pickup order. The woman who answered had a very rude attitude. I ordered 20 wings & also wanted to redeem a $5 credit for a previous mistake, where they had added sauce to wings I had specifically requested to be plain. I understood mistakes happen & was fine using the credit. But when the manager came over, he told the host that I could only use the credit for the 20 wings I had ordered. This wouldn’t work bc the wings were sauced, & I had specifically requested plain. I explained that I was willing to pay for the 20 wings & redeem my credit for the 5 extra wings. They still gave me a hard time.At this point, I was parked right outside the restaurant & could see the manager & host discussing my order. I decided to just order & anyways so I could just go home. , I noticed 3 workers in the front staring at me & laughing. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, especially how respectful I had been throughout the entire call. After several minutes of being laughed at & talked about, I decided to leave. When I got home, an hour later, I received five calls from the restaurant. I ignored the first one, but they kept calling repeatedly. By the fifth call, I was fed up. My husband even suggested I block them. The next day, I went back in the hopes of speaking to a better manager. While waiting, I spoke with the host, who told me she was working the night before & had witnessed the entire ordeal. She said she didn’t blame me for leaving & shared that the staff had been laughing about it. When the manager, Erick arrived, I explained everything in detail,. He asked to see pictures of the call logs, which I provided. I explained that while I understand calling once or twice to remind a customer to pick up their food, five calls was excessive and unreasonable. I also mentioned that I’ve been a customer for five years & never had such a terrible experience. Erick responded with, “Well, I’ve never seen you here before,” The host, who had served me multiple times, confirmed that I was a regular customer & also named the employees who had been laughing & making faces at me. Despite this, Erick seemed more upset that the host was telling the truth than he was about the behavior of his employees. I remained polite throughout, but it was clear that Erick didn’t care about how I felt—only about the money. He told me that I should’ve just bought the food because he had to throw it away & lose money. I explained that I would have gladly paid if I hadn’t been treated so poorly. It became clear that he was more concerned about the money they "lost" rather than the poor service I had received. After what felt like a 25-minute debate, Erick finally offered me to "order whatever I want" as compensation. So, I ordered exactly what I had originally planned—nothing more, nothing less. The host returned with the news that Erick was offering me only a 50% discount, which was not what he had initially promised. I asked her to clarify with him, but by that point, I didn’t even want the food—I just wanted an apology & for erick to address his employees Unfortunately, he never apologized; instead, he defended their actions. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes, the food finally came out. Erick told me he was only giving me a discount & refused to honor his original offer of compensating me for my original order. He said 20 wings was “a lot” & argued that it was a misunderstanding between the host and me. I was fed up. I told him that the problem could have been avoided entirely if the customer service had been better from the start. But it was clear he didn’t care about fixing the issue; he was just focused on getting more money. At that point, I decided that I would no longer be returning to this restaurant. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a business, and I will not be coming back.

Well just got back from ordering , was there in person everything was okay until I got to work . My salad it turning brown yet I call back to let them know and the one that answered me said she could give me a credit , but the manager made a deal out of it because I didn't want to go back since my break was over .... but yet said I cant give you a credit because I dont know if you ate it or not and because you got your order .... so if they see the lettuce is going bad why serve the customer The basket of burned fries . Just going to stick to my south tenth location

Ok so I ordered the garlic parmesan wings. I ended up w buffalo. So i returned them, and although the waiter was extremely nice about it, im guessing the cook staff was not. I got the same wings sprinkled w parmesan cheese. They were terrible. I then took a chance and returned them again! Manager and waiter was nice about it. By the time i got the right order, we were ready to leave so i just took em home. Fried pickles ended up being my dinner. N those were pretty salty as well. Good ambiance for watching the playoffs. Not so good for their wings. Sorry.

Let’s begin with a protip directed right at the restaurant: Don’t selectively play hip-hop music that bases its success on how hard the bass is. My family and I had dinner at this location a couple of nights ago and some song came out that sounded like I had maxed the volume on my old 1993 Saturn. I’m not kidding, I remember blasting the speakers in that thing back in high school and you couldn’t make out what song was playing from all the horrible bass coming out of those popped tweeters. Seriously guys, your speakers are meant to provide great ambience to the locale, not forcefully try to pass off as a young-people bar. Stick to playing the great mix of tracks you have been since I first visited your restaurant. No more songs that require 2-foot subwoofers installed in the back of a suburban.

Now that that’s been addressed, on to the real important stuff: the food. I gotta hand it to this restaurant. We’ve been coming to this location for almost two years now and not once have we had an issue with the quality of the food. The consistency really is impressive, even more so when compared to other restaurants in the same category. We usually opt for four favorite items (although we have ventured throughout the menu): Garlic-Q wings, Buffalo wings, Lemon Pepper wings, and of course, a basket of onion rings. The wings are always perfectly cooked, breaded evenly, and served just as we request them – swimming in sauce. We’ve tasted pretty much all the flavors on the menu but usually settle for these three. The buffalo sauce doesn’t have a strong vinegar flavor, which I personally appreciate. The Garlic-Q sauce has a perfect hint of garlic that isn’t offensive at all and definitely layers great with the BBQ sauce. As for the lemon pepper, it’s a bit standard and common-tasting up until you add their “Mild” flavoring, which is basically melted butter. At this point, your taste buds feel like they’ve finally grown tall enough to ride that roller coaster that all its older siblings have been riding. Ok, ok, it’s not all that mind-blowing, but really, if you’re getting the lemon pepper seasoning, I strongly recommend adding the Mild flavoring to them. It definitely makes these wings stand out. Can’t get enough of that liquid gold. The rings are plentiful and not overly greasy like other restaurants. The breading is a standard crumble-type of breading, but what really helps these rings stand out are their size and the dipping sauce that accompanies them.

As for the service, so far it’s nothing we worry about. Yes, we’ve had visits where the waitress simply vanishes for an extended period of time, which we give the benefit of the doubt and simply brush it off as maybe taking nature’s call or possibly having to tend to an important phone call or whatever other possible things that they might have needed to take care of. There was one time, however, where we actually brought up an issue to the manager. We were given a table and after about 8 minutes, no one walked by to take our drink orders. It turned out that the cashier/hostess that sat us at our table failed to inform the waitress, so no one really knew who was supposed to tend to us. After that, however, the waitress was very attentive and the manager even provided a few coupons for our future visit, which we’ve cashed in since then. For the most part, the staff is very friendly and do walk-bys in a comfortable manner to where our drinks are refilled on time but we also don’t feel like we’re being smothered.

Out of the various wing restaurants in town, there’s never a doubt in our mind: Whenever we’re craving that breaded, spicy goodness, we know where we’re going. Buffalo Wings and Rings is our #1 choice and will continue to be for the...

The first time I stepped into this particular restaurant was this past Monday April 3. I really enjoyed it I watch a ball game ate some wings and a couple of beers to stretch the night. I enjoyed the atmosphere the ambience the personnel were attentive and the crowd was just so mellow. So driving home that Monday night I said this is the type of place I would like to come to regularly once or twice a week. So on Thursday, April 6 I decided to roll the dice. I returned to this particular restaurant and told the female bartender that I would like to receive service outside and politely inquire if I could watch my ball game on the outside tVs. She told me she would send somebody out there to attend to my needs and to remind my hostess to remind the manager to flip the channel to my game as the manager is the only one authorized to change channels. Great I said. I went outside lit up a cigarette and waited. And waited. And waited. I arrived about 6:30 PM and after half an hour noting the time on my phone I realized one thing; I was ignored. Once realizing and putting particular emotions into perspective I just decided to leave. I went and enjoyed my game at another location. So I surmise that I cannot complain about bad service at this particular restaurant. Why? Because I didn't receive ANY...
