I've been here way more times than I should (both this location and the East Liberty one), and I can actually say that I've never had a bad experience. I've been cutting the carbs lately so last week when my bff suggested we go, I felt some mixed emotions. I walked in, sadly lamenting my lot in life while deciding which non-ice-cream treat I'd most enjoy (because I sure as heck couldn't handle a milkshake). While they may lack on extensive seating, the employees work with haste to make sure you're in and out and satisfied with your visit. They also sell chocolate for any occasion! On Thursday night May 1st 2025 myself, my aunt and mom came to your business for dessert. We had no power at our house for 2 days Because of the bad storm that came through. We were not treated very well by a young manager that was on duty. It was very busy and we waited 20 minutes for our desserts. We sat down started eating and this manager came over and told us to leave because they were closing. I have never in my life been so disrespected at an establishment . If people order food they should be able to stay and finish their meals. That is the right thing to do. He was rude and had no patience with us being the customer.
