Burger King — Restaurant in McComb

Order # 254334 / # 634 Ok...where to begin. I pulled into drive-thru line at 11:41am and sat for 6 minutes before I moved up one car length. By the time I got to where I could order it had been 12 minutes total. I ordered and then sat again for another 4 minutes until I reached the window to pay. After paying I proceeded one more car length and waited 2 more minutes. As I finally reached the window to get my food order the window was open so I prepared to grab my food, but there were 2 girls arguing about the POS machine. They looked at me and closed the window and continued to argue for over a minute. One girl walked off and the other proceeded to prepare my drink, get burger from heating tray and waited for the onion rings to put in my bag. This should have all been ready and bagged after the time that I had been waiting since ordering. Disorganized is all I can say. Won't...

After a 40 dollar order in the middle of lunch you would think that your sandwiches would be hot enough to at least melt the cheese but no it was cold as cold be.....fries and onion rings the same way, masks are required to go in the door but the staff are all wearing them under there noses why even have a policy in place? Just a horrible place I will not return I'm sure the one on the other side of town is owned by same group but that manager seems to take more pride in the store so go...

I really like the Italian chicken sandwich 🥪 but they don't have it in yet. I actually stood at the register waiting to give my order and the employees just glanced at me and kept walking. I probably stood there about 10-12min and that is just ridiculous considering i was the only customer inside at that time ⏲️ .
