Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in McComb

I arrived at the store at 9:28 pm and the store doesn't close till 10. I was placing an online order but by the time I was almost finished, we had arrived so I went in to order. The young lady came out to place my order then as I started telling her what I wanted, an older lady came out telling her that they don't have any pizza left. The young lady looked confused. She repeated saying that they didn't have anything left and that the last lady had gotten the rest. Even though she was 3 feet in front of me (basically making me be between them two but on the other side of the counter) she wasn't addressing me directly at first. Then I asked her what was wrong she told me that they didn't have any pizza left. I told her that what I want wouldn't be anything that would be on the warmer anyway and I wanted a fresh pizza so it was ok. She then tells me that her oven is off and it would take 30 minutes for it to warm back up for her to make the pizza. I told her that I had never heard that there and has been in there later than that since they close at 10. She said that she cut it off at 9:15 and that she always cut it off by 9:30 since it take 30 minutes for it to cut off and they have to be out by 10. She repeated that they didn't have anything and that her oven was off. So I'm standing there looking confused and saying I had never heard that, so that means they close at 930 not 10 (which since they didn't have ANYTHING in the warmer, seems like they would have went ahead and locked the door). She was like....I mean, I can make u a pizza but its gonna take a long time, it'll be a while cause it take 30 minutes for the oven to get back hot (which meant it was gonna be 10 when she started making it). So if that's the case, then that means u can be there after 10, which means u could have let me order or just told me that before I order she just wanted to let me know that she had shut the oven off so it'll be a few minutes before it got back hot. But that is not how it was delivered to me. She was making it clear that i would be making her have to do extra work by getting everything back set up to make me a pizza.. Never saw a fast food or pizza place that stops cooking food 30 minutes (THIRTY MINUTES!!!!) before the closing time. I had NEVER seen this older lady there and NEVER had this problem before. Seems like she doesn't care about her job (which is service job) and just cared about getting out as early as possible. I love their thin crust pizza....and it's the only place I eat thin crust from. I had gotten my family up out of the bed (including my husband) to go and get a pizza and it was all for nothing. Since she CLEARLY didn't want to make my pizza, I just left and went down to the Chevron (that has TCBY in it) and got me a fresh slice of Hunt Brothers Pizza (Hunk of Pizza) since when we stopped for gas, we saw she pulled it out the oven and put it out. Never again. Won't spend my where it's not wanted or appreciated. Oh, and we left, we and got pizza somewhere else, came home, played and hid from the dog, typed all this up and it STILL...

I called in my order so it would be ready since I live 25 mins away. When this lady picked up the phone I heard her talking about getting her nails done. I was told it would be 20 mins before it was done. I was ok with the time since I lived so far out but thought the way she answered the phone was very unprofessional. Got there to pick up my order and had to wait 10 mins before my order was ready and they got my order wrong. The lady was very rude when I tried to explain to her what I had ordered and she then told me that nobody called in the order I was explaining to her. If she would have been listening instead of talking to her friends then maybe they would have gotten my order right. Anyway I came back today to give them another try. I called to order and it rung 8 times and then some one pick it up and immediately hung it back up I called back and I went to place my order. The lady cut me off and told me she didn't know how long it would be before my order was done and they where busy doing something else and was just so very rude. This place needs...

I went on Jan 12 at 12:30pm, lunch time. The absolute worst little ceasars I've ever been to. The attitude of the woman behind the counter was insane. We had been calling forever and we asked if the phone had an issue, because we had been calling to order pizzas. She looks at my fiance and says, "You don't hear the phone ringing do you? So obviously it's having a problem". And then commences to charge us 5 extra dollars for extra sauce. Just sauce!! And this was Dashondra, the manager!!!!!! The MANAGER is talking to customers like this!! And we didn't even get what we ordered. Mind you, I'm six months pregnant. She better be glad I was in a good mood. WAS. Never go here. You'll get ripped off, and spoken down to. What a great way to get repeat business!! She made us pay extra and then just gave us an extra most bestest. So we go in again, and she says, "oh so you work here? You know what an extra most bestest looks like?" She still had to give me a refund. And I took that money and went to Dominos....
