Pizza King — Restaurant in McCordsville

I'm so disappointed. We were looking forward to enjoying Saturday night pizza with the kids and decided to make a stop at pizza king and order a pizza. Well after placing the order, I noticed behind the counter the female with purple /burgundy hair, who was preparing our pizza, was first texting on her phone. Secondly, she never washed her hands, and the last straw for me was that she started coughing while preparing our pizza. Here is the thing... good hygiene shows professionalism and attention to detail, and it builds trust with the customers. It also demonstrates that you care about customers and you take pride in your buisness. NEVER EVER will I return again! This is now flu/everything else season and someone coughing over your food or in the area of your food is just plain unacceptable. Too many bad experiences for me. Ordered from here last night which was the first and last time. We ordered the royal feast no onions, it came with an over abundance of onions to which half the people in my home couldn't eat. I also ordered some french fries with two cups of cheese. I got my cheese but no FF and when I called the restaurant the manager said you didn't order french fries, I said yes I did with two cups of cheese. The manager said well you didn't pay for them but I will credit you some french fries. To me that was a waste because I'm not going to eat here ever again. The girl that took the order was so hyper you could barely understand what she was saying over the phone that alone should have been a red flag. Don't waste your money please go the The Grill or Kinsey's. They are small restaurants that appreciate people and they show...

I live in Geist and ordered from this location. They delivered to me and explained i live outside there deliver area.... That to me is amazing customer service. Ive been ordering delivery for over 20yrs and not one time has that ever went down like that. Normally i would be told on my call that they dont deliver to me, or if it made it past that they would of called me back to say we dont deliver that far before they brought it out.

Not these guys, they made me a great pizza. They kindly delivered it to me, and explained next time i will have to order from Geist if i want delivery.

I think next time for that service, we will load up the family and drive to them. Its worth it to us. Thank u! Me, my wife, and all 3 of our children have some big full bellies.
