The owners will argue with a customer that they had no control over their 43 health score. They had an 80 then a 43, were told to voluntarily shut and reinspected after being told what to fix. Itās public record look at the long list of violations. No bleach in the restaurant, meaning they had ZERO ppm in their sanitation of dishes, counters, bar towels, etc. they had NO hand soap at any of their sinks, including the bathroom! They had no towels to dry their hands. Employee was washing hands in a FOOD PREP sink, RAW fish with their juices was stored above your pink lemonade, cooler was broken, labels indicating prep time and expire date and time not on food, food surfaces NOT clean, this is not me observing this is documented by our health officials upon their inspection. Wait six months for the next inspection before deciding to eat here again. The owners will call you out of your name when you tell them the reality of āwe fired that employeeā is not reason for the NASTINESS observed on inspection day.
Edited for the owners. I am currently in GA. My location can prove that, and I can prove that I do know your restaurant, know your location, and have spoken facts.
Anyone can see public access to the inspections I have spoke of. Nothing is false. All facts. The reviews prior to mine will show you the owners donāt mind trying to blow off customers, and being unprofessional, my comment shows the facts of uncleanliness of a store and how the owners handled that unprofessionally when addressed by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWord around the office is that this was a place I had to try out while I was in Henry County! When I say everybody, I mean EVERYBODY said I had to give it a go.
Today was a day I wanted something good. In my mind, I wanted to feed my Soul and my Stomach all is one. LOL! Yeah, that kind of day... I ended up placing my order via Uber Eats as I could just pick it up and go. (I strongly suggest placing your order in advance as the food is fresh)
It wasnāt too busy for the lunch hour, so I was able to be in and out. I ordered the 4pc Wing Combo with the Steak Fries and Regular Drink.
The Food: Fried Wings- we all know I love me a good wing. Babeeeeeeeeee, these wings were AMAZINGGGGGGG. Fried to Golden Perfection. Seasoned for the Flavor Gawdz and the perfect size to make you feel good. Oh my! These wings were so good I had to call my best friend and let her know what she was missing. Ha!
Steak Fries- The fries were fried just how I like my steak fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Itās like they had a countdown to perfection activated when they dropped them in the grease. Oh me, oh my, you know you gotta try!!!!
This is that finger licking, soul pleasing, make you wanna dance, you betta not lay a finger on my food kind of spot. Iām coming back...... Matter of fact, Iām on my way back now. LOL!!!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday was one of the most unexpected acts of customer service Iāve ever experience here. The owners are great people and I just found out that their daughter doesnāt share the same character. With an attitude she told customers it will be a 12 minute wait on chicken wings; she then ignores me and starts to look at a new pair of sneakers that were delivered. The other young lady laughed saying sheās asking for the owners your parents, hahahaha! thatās okay to have to wait but with pleasure would be preferred After waiting for the chicken going back inside my food is hanging on a hook as if I should know it mine, again with an attitude. Customer service is only what you make it. I hope all of McDonough reads this review and this establishment will appreciate all the customers that comes to purchase meals. Just because you are extremely busy, tired, young or old, each customer deserves respect when paying for a meal. To open a package while serving food is a big NO NO! I wonder how this individual would feel if they came into my chain restaurant and I was demonstrating this action⦠yes sometimes I get in my old beat up car and visit restaurants just to make sure I am still providing...
