Here is a pic of my sub... nuff said! 🤮 The "General Manager" (Shay) was clueless about how to handle a late order that was thrown together as shown. Then her "District Manager" (Tiffany) followed up with the same attitude and I don't care messaging. Their response to make it right... remake or refund, which requires me to come back after attempting to ask for that 3 times before and they left me waiting over an hour (combined) as they scrambled around inside the store trying to throw people's orders together. No coupons, drink, or apology even offered. 🤔 What pizza location has their GM and District Manager onsite on a Friday night at 10pm; really??? This place is beyond a joke! If so, I can't imagine the position their business must be in to warrant such targeted support. With all of their expertise in mind, neither of the "Managers" knew enough about customer service to ask me the (customer) what would it take to make it right nor did they attempt to reassure me that I was a valued customer. No offer for a $2off or even 2cent off coupon or anything to make it right. However, the "GM" tried to accuse me of wanting something for free and I quickly let her know that I absolutely did not want anything free. I just wanted a courteous response that took into account the 3 times prior that I waited for them to make it right without a response. Only getting my money back with no type of acknowledgement of their error simply gives me back what I brought to the table and leaves my time and effort at a loss. Long story short, I left my home again and went back to get a refund and took my business elsewhere. Fyi... Neither "Manager" made themselves available when I returned. This place isn't worth your time or money. Your hard earned money and peace of mind are worth so much more. Don't buy...
Read moreThis evening I had the worst experience ever with this location here in McDonough Ga. I ordered two pizzas online. Somehow after ordering from this location on several occasions enough to have received a free pizza I might add. I received a thin crust pizza with half pepperoni. I don't know how this mistake happened but I called and spoke to Waverly who then spoke to her manager on duty. She was not helpful at all. She said the system said you ordered this pizza so there is nothing she can do. I am not the type to try to get something for free. She should have been able to tell that I just wanted to right pizza and they could have gotten back the original. Not to mention I left a nice tip to the driver. I proceeded to ask for the manager which I found out is mamed Terrell who would not be there until 5pm tomorrow. I asked for the DM in which I am told I can't have his number but to call the 800 number. I called the number and it said to call the store or leave complaint online. Wow is all I can say. I called back and asked Waverly why she gave me a number knowing I could not speak to someone. I will not use them again. This is horrible customer service and being in the customer service industry I would never handle a customer in such manner. This is what is wrong with the service industry now. We are treated like a number. So I will take my business elsewhere. In addition the manager on duty should have provided her name. Tomorrow I will call Terrell and see if I can speak to a DM. My kids are disappointed and if it was an error on my end I would have still tried to make it right. They did not even try to resolve the problem. Read moreThis is my final time coming to dominos let me state that first! I thought I could come in to pickup a pizza because I haven't been in the mood to cook. I lost my father so it's been a struggle. I come into the store not one smiling face. NOTHING BUT MEAN MUGGIN. The black dude with dreads is whispering what you need.... looking at me like I am bothering him.... I say pickup. Gave him the name. He Took my payment. I asked him for a receipt... he smacks his teeth at me like he was getting a attitude due to me asking for a receipt. He looks at me and says you got one already and pointed to the one on the pizza box. Thats not the receipt with the payment transaction. It's the receipt of the payment due. I just reached and took the receipt that printed out and left. Look idk what the heck is going on with customer service nowadays but I have no time for it. I should have reviewed these Google reviews because they have been saying 🙄 the same about customer service here. If you can't be polite then don't get a job in customer service dealing with people face to face. I have no time to play about my money because I work so hard for it. I be damn if I am going to spend my money where I get treated like I am irritating you!! Also a short dark skin dude was looking like he had a problem when i was checking the pizza. DON'T COME TO THIS STORE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! Old me would have went off but I have no energy for the negativity. But you guys be bless!!! I didn't even eat my pizza I was so heated.
