I want to start this out by your company. Runs behind your leadership leads the unprofessionalism. That is shown to all the residents in Ola. By the store manager, would the white hair? She continues to stand behind the scenes at the food line that she's working consistently. I watched it on multiple occasions. Had neighbors and friends in the area. Even talk to me about it while I'm in the store. I had to quit coming for a long time. Cuz it's just out of control, started trying to come back hoping maybe it got better with being the same thing. When management's cussing and talking about the customers to the employees in front of other customers instead of focusing on the job at hand and taking care of your customers. Customers, it becomes out of control on this morning.I could not hold back anymore.I am writing this review. Because the unprofessionalism and the aggressiveness that was in the store this morning out of control was not the word. I watched it with several people that were working side by side. Not only the store manager, but the ones working side by side with her to the point. That was the elderly man in front of me. They kept going back-and-forth with him. He ordered a simple cup of coffee, whipped cream and sugar. It was so bad that by the time he left the store, he was completely outside of himself. Ran slap into the door spilled coffee all over it on the floor not one time was anybody like? Are you okay? Can I help you? The man just proceeded to walk out the door after the coffee went everywhere. I'm just saying I don't know how owners can let things get this far. That your customers have to leave your store that distraught. Upon me receiving my order, the guy hands me a medium and small and says, laughs in my face. And says, sorry, we're out of large. So you're gonna have to get a medium and a small Don't know what the aggravation level is that people have to put that off on their customers when they're simply just trying to get a cl a coffee to start their day.I have been a dunkin' fan through and through.Have come to the store since I moved to ola.Would the first manager that started it?Christine is the whole reason.I started drinking coffee to begin with.Don't know where these owners lost the love for their store and their customers. But I wish by some chance they...
Read moreI have been stopping at this Dunkin Donuts location for more than five years. I have always tried to be understanding and respectful to all the employees since I understand what it’s like to work in a fast food drive through BUT, TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME! I pull up to drive through and wait a couple of minutes to place my order, which isn’t a big deal since there seems to be only two working most days I stop! The girl comes on to take my order and I tell her XL hot coffee please with four Splendas and six cream (get over it - you drink your coffee like you like it and I’ll drink mine like I like). I tell her, “one glazed donut and a Boston Cream donut.” She proceeds to ask me how many???? I say four Splenda and six creams, one glazed donut and one Boston cream. She proceeds once again to ask me - “How many!” I say to myself, “Okay this has to be a joke!!” I now assume it’s how many donuts. I clearly speak and say, “ONE GLAZED AND ONE BOSTON CREAM!” Now, please stay with me cause people just can’t make this stuff up. Once again, I hear, “HOW MANY!” Yes, one last time we get on the merry-go-round! She final said, “pull around to the window please.” I pay, get my coffee and donuts. Open the bag and took a bit of the Boston Cream and lo and behold, NO CREAM FILLING! I take a sip of my coffee and it taste like they only put one Splenda in very little cream. That was the the straw that broke the old camels back. I come to the conclusion that I was getting my Boston Cream and my Splenda. I drive back around and get to the window and show them my donut has no filling! The kid at the window looks at me and says, “looks like you already ate it!” I told him the donut was have the size of a normal donut and I had only taken one bit. The girl working with him said, “we don’t make them in house!” Duh!!! Not everyone can be like Krispy Kream!!! I also ask for some Splenda to help me and my coffee agree with each other. Long story short - inconsistent with the product they serve and no reason for me to waste my money there. I sometimes would go there three times in a day and can verify that but it looks like I’ll have to give Starbucks the business or the Dunkin’s on Hwy. 155 at Union Grove. Me and Dunkin’s on Hwy. 81 by Lake Dow are...
Read moreSo, upon arriving, it took a minute for them to get my order, which is understandable, considering some of it’s ordered and me as your order now, with that being said, I made my order, I went to the window. The young gentleman wasn’t very friendly. I gave him my credit card or cash, he went to him in my change bag didn’t wait for me to hold my hand in the right spot to catch the coins. He just move his hand away quickly and let all my chains fall on the floor now that poor he could’ve say oh I’m sorry let me look down and see how much Phil and I will reimburse you or just I’m sorry I couldn’t open the door to get it myself because I was too close to the window . He just walked away. Didn’t say anything . And then, while waiting for my order, two women were talking in the one lady with the black hair. Young girl was talking about all the restaurants that she had worked at. She hated them on why she hated them and talking loud enough to where I could hear which the window was open, not acknowledge and me or anything just keep on talking, so then the guy comes back to give me my order wasn’t in a bag just handed him to me didn’t say anything just handed them to me and I looked at him. I said can I have some napkins and you would’ve thought I would’ve asked him to cut his hand off if you guys do not like your job that’s OK we don’t have to like our jobs that we work. It’s completely understandable especially working with the public but this is a stage and you were the actor and you put on the exit till you walk your happy bird out the door. Everybody has their own problems and I get that and I try not to be judgmental, but everywhere in Locust Grove, Georgia and Macdona Georgia workers at like you hate your job you’re not friendly it’s unacceptable. The food was fine but manager is your hire people that are just breathing. Maybe you should check out how their personality is. Maybe you should check out their past history and work just to see if they’re a good fit or...
