Tried just going through your website to contact someone about this but I've yet to get a response, so I'll put it here instead.
I was going to refrain from submitting any kind of review, but after last night being the third issue I have had at this location I feel I need to. My first issue that we had was either the 28th or 29th of October. We had just driven back into town and pulled into the drive thru shortly before closing. When we got up to the speaker box just as it hit 1am we were told we could not order and the restaurant was closed. The annoying part about this was the people ahead of us had just ordered and there was a delay due to sanitizing after each car pulled up. I understand the need for cleanliness in these times but we were already in line waiting and could not get something to eat because the drive thru line of about 5 cars was held up.
The second time was just a few nights later. First we went in to the open dining room which was unlocked and had customers that had just ordered. We get up to the counter and are told we have to leave and go through the drive thru instead. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying the way it was approached. We get through the drive thru and the staff were rude and short with us. My mother in laws chalupa order was messed up. Before we left, I went to ask the guy in the window for something. All I could get out was "can I" before he cut me off saying there were sauces in the bag and to have a good night.
Last night (11/09/2020) however was the final straw. My wife and I had ordered online. I decided to use my coupon for a free Dorito taco and she used hers for a medium Baja blast freeze. We also bought some extra food to go along. When we got there I was informed at the speaker box that they were out of Dorito tacos. The guy offered a basic taco as a replacement. When I asked if I could swap for something of equal value like a roll up or cheese quesadilla, he responded with "well did you pay for it or was it free". I then told him my wife had ordered one that she paid for in a combo meal and his response was the same, to give a basic taco which costs less than what we paid for. We pull up to the window and the guy working was wearing his mask over his chin with his mouth and nose both exposed while leaning less than a foot over our bags of food, which contrasts the whole sanitize between customers idea if the employees aren't going to follow safety measures themselves. The medium Baja blast freeze my wife was supposed to get came out what looked like a kids size. We were pretty annoyed at that point and didn't even realize until we got home that we never received our mango brisk drink that was supposed to come with the chalupa combo we had ordered, making that two items we spent extra on and didn't receive.

About 2 months ago I stopped at this Taco Bell & ordered a meal with Kickstart to drink, which I drank some of before I pulled off & immediately realized the drink tasted watered down & I let the manager know as such. The manager apologized explaining the drink machine was having problems with the carbonated drinks so I got a lemonade & thought no more of it. About a month ago the same exact thing happened, & the SAME MANAGER had the same excuse but the window employee literally asked him while I was sitting there why he even gave out the drink because she'd said "it didn't look right" but most importantly this manager KNEW the machine wasn't working. Now a whole month later they sold me another watered down Kickstart & at this point I can no longer give them the benifit of the doubt. This Taco Bell, is knowingly selling watered down drinks. Odd by the way since Taco Bell is a Pepsi brand. I haven't had this expire ce at any other location. But beware...
Read moreI’m highly disappointed in my experience tonight. I came here to this location around 1:30am. I ordered five crunchy tacos, three soft tacos, a burrito and a quesadilla. Upon arriving home I realized that all of the tacos were extremely slushy and cold. The crunchy tacos were so soggy that the bottoms were open and meat was spilling out. I only live 10 minutes from this location so I know it wasn’t the drive home. I immediately called the location to inform them that I wanted to bring back the tacos ONLY. Not the other two items I ordered as those are all good. The guy who answered the phone said we’re closed for the night. I replied don’t you close at 3am and he said yes what time is it. I was like it’s 2:30am. I’m already on the way. He told me after talking to the woman on the shift that there was nothing they could do as they had already closed everything down because it was slow.
