Read moreI recently dined at Paris Banh Mi, and I must say, other than waiting for a while for some items it was a delightful experience overall.
Starting with the grilled pork banh mi, it was fantastic. The pork was juicy and packed with flavor. The toasted baguette held up well against the fillings, providing that perfect balance of crunch and softness. The pickled vegetables added a nice tang and freshness, which complemented the richness of the pork perfectly. I appreciated the generous portion size as well. A bigger sandwich than the one at Pho Town.
Next, the mozzarella corn dog was a fun twist on a classic childhood favorite. The batter was light and crispy, and the mozzarella was wonderfully gooey. It made for a perfect snack, although it could have used a bit more seasoning to enhance the flavors. They had different toppings hoping they incorporate the fruity pebbles topping soon.
To wash it all down with a black iced tea. It was refreshing and not too sweet, making it a nice complement to the meal.
The ambiance of the place was casual. Making it a great spot for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience.
In conclusion, I recommend Paris Banh Mi for anyone looking for a alternative to Pho Town. The banh mi is a standout dish that I will definitely return for, and I can’t wait to try more items...
Read moreHad passed this place several times not realizing it was a Vietnamese restaurant. I love Pho, so when I Googled spots near me, this one popped up. From the road it looks like a random business that took over a Pizza Hut building. But once you walk in, you are pleasantly surprised by a clean, welcoming, cozy atmosphere, with modern decor, and a open, bright setting. There are cases with beautiful deserts, both in the dining area and at the counters. I had the Pork n Shrimp Egg Rolls, Garlic Butter Wings, and a Beef Tenderloin and Meatball Pho. The appetizers were made to order and came out piping hot and fresh. The Pho broth was well seasoned and authentic. Generous portions. All the food was great. If there is one thing that could be improved, is the communication around the service. You order from the counter, there's self-seating, then your food is brought to you. Then after that, anything else I needed, I had to ask. For a first time visitor, I felt it should have been a lottle more in, but when asking, the staff was very friendly and helpful. So overall, I'd rate this spot a 4.70. I will definitely be visiting through the Fall n Winter Season. Ten times better...
