I usually don’t give reviews rather bad or good but this business really upset me because my child was disappointed. I called the day before to check hours for Easter Sunday. I called again the next day , 3 hours before arriving just to confirm the hours again which I was specifically told that they take the last customer at 5 pm an hour before they close at 6 . I arrived about 4:55 pm with my child to paint . The lady said they close at 6pm today . I didn’t want to make it a big deal so I just said ,” someone just told me on the phone that you take your last customer at 5pm “ & just said ok and left . My thing is how would I even know that you take your last customer at 5pm if YOU did not tell me ; for all I know you could take your last customer 5:15 . I never been there and won’t be back after today . On top of that , the lady was chuckling & showed no empathy although my 5 year old was clearly upset & asking to paint so no empathy for child ? Weird …I knew that I didn’t really like her energy over the phone yesterday & should have just went with my instincts before driving 45...

I brought my Mom here for her birthday and we had such a great time together. The staff was super helpful and we were excited to receive our finished pottery pieces. However, two days shy of a month from our visit, we still had not heard about our pieces being ready for pickup after being quoted a 2 week waiting period. We called the establishment inquiring about the timeline, Kayla (an employee there) had to search in the back to locate our pottery, and said it’s been ready and unsure of why we never received a text. I wonder, if I had never called them, would they have ever called me? Fulfilling my order weeks/ months later? I was looking forward to bringing my friend group and hosting events here however now I cannot trust the follow through process of actually receiving what I pay for. Truly was hoping for a better experience and quite saddened in how high it started, yet how quickly it derailed and I LOVE supporting women owned businesses. Ugh, maybe I’ll try again but I don’t know. I just value and appreciate good customer service through and through. Use your...

We came here on a Friday night around 5:30ish and my three children and I were the only ones there. (Ages range 2, 4 and 9). They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. With this pandemic going on i have had to really think of safe yet fun things for them to do and this was both safe and fun. The lady who worked there was patient with my kids and she wasn't overbearing. She showed us politely what we could do and the prices and graciously placed us at our table to do our projects. She was not overbearing when my children got loud and excited or walked around the store/shop touching and picking up items in amazement. She let us enjoy our family time peacefully but she was near when we needed her. I am looking forward...

Creativity Cafe has a wide selection of activities offered - pottery painting, wheel throwing classes, hand-building clay classes, canvas painting, and more. The staff is friendly. Prices are commensurate with or better than similar businesses. They have a loyalty rewards program that I've not seen elsewhere. The brushes available for painting are a higher quality than other places. Also, during the pandemic they are doing their best to maintain an open, creative atmosphere while still meeting guidelines. They really encourage individual creativity and artistry. My only improvement would be to increase the size of the small-ish color selection for non- specialized pottery underglazes.

Yes be aware of their policy, they said they sent an text 2 weeks after from first seating, text that isn’t in phone never received, then I received a text a month later, tried to pick up items which we spent $84 including $13 tip, long story short, the items were discarded and the money kept, family as coming here several times and spent good amount of money, of course whole daily will stop coming here and we’ll advise friends and family the same, to not throw away their money, very disappointed I gave 1 start due to there isn’t a lower review for it
