Milano's Pizza Mcgregor — Restaurant in McGregor

IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I'm glad I did.

Other pizza place in town doesn't deliver so I ordered from Milano's. Medium 2 topping was $11 dollars, then $3 delivery fee (which the driver gets $2 of) suits me fine. I was told that it could take up to 45 minutes to get it because they had a large party going on. Ok, at least they're up front about it.

Now the good part: I got my pizza delivered in 20 minutes. It was hot and fresh. The delivery driver knew exactly where I was and was really pleasant and up front about the delivery charge and what he got out of it. He was genuinely surprised and happy when I gave him a tip. There was zero issue about delivering on the Purina property where I was at in my truck.

Bottom line: ignore the bs and go enjoy a pie from Milano's! I'll definitely be ordering...

Great pizza with super friendly service!

The last time I came here was with a group of coworkers for the weekend lunch buffet, and the options were great! Meat lovers, Hawaiian, cheese, pepperoni, supreme, dessert, etc - plenty to love!

My only two requests would be to 1) offer a warm marinara dipping sauce instead the cold sauce only available from behind the counter upon request, and 2) maybe provide a Lite Ranch option for those who love that creamy herb delight but prefer to eat it made with artificial ingredients with fewer calories.

Order delivery for the first time from Milono's. I was very hopeful I would enjoy the pizza but I was very disappointed. The pizza was fairly expensive and the toppings were very sparse. The cheese has scorched spots and the sauce was very lite. The crust was thin and had very little taste except toward the end of chewing a bite and it had a cardboard taste. I am sad to say this pizza is an expensive Chef Boyardee pizza in my opinion. Marco's costs as much or more but it is a much higher quality pizza. Little Ceasar's is much better tasting for inexpensive pizza in my opinion. I do not see ordering from Milono's...
