Burger King — Restaurant in McHenry

Should change the name of this place to beyond burger King, they are beyond slow. Sat in drive Thru for 15 min with 1 car at the order board in front of me still waiting to place their order. When the truck behind me backed out and left I too backed out. Decided to walk in. No one in line in front of me. A lady walked by and said I will be right with you. 5 min later she is still talking to the customer at the drive thru window. Another lady was at the counter touching all the sandwiches that were made,not putting then on a bag just touching them. Wouldn't even turn around to help. Just walked out,never again will I try to spend money here. You people have got to realize it's fast food. Key word "fast". Some only have 30 min for lunch, drive time and to eat. Not sit waiting because your too slow to do your job for 20 plus minutes. Would give zero stars...

I asked for 2 crowns for my 3 year old and my 5 year old the guy at the window said unfortunately he couldn't be they were out well that employee lied right to my face because I saw stacks of the crowns in the first drive thru window then after he said he couldn't my kids saw more of them through the window in the restaurant. The employee didn't say a word to me gave me my food and my card then turn his back to me. So I had to pull out of the drive thru get out and walk into the restaurant to grab 2 crowns. Worst customer service. I would understand if they were busy why the employee wouldn't grab the 2 crowns but they...

My son and I personally like BK's burgers and chicken sandwiches better than McDonald's. The staff is pretty nice and they usually get everything in the first shot. For the first time ever, they forgot my sandwich I always check my order before i leave, as i did this time, but not thoroughly. When i got home is when i noticed my sandwich missing. I called and they were very nice and i asked if id return or keep it in the books for next time. I returned through the drive through. The manager gave my my sandwich, apologized and threw in a lrg fry and 2 cookies. That was very nice. They dont do that...
