KFC — Restaurant in McHenry

Usually have a bad experience and try not to go to this location. Stopped tonight to get food before work, and pulling up ALL the outside lights were OFF. lot was blacked out and hard to see anything. Ordered 2 things, a famous bowl and spicy chicken little no pickles. Pulled up and paid and had $2.18 change and one worker tried counting it twice and gave up and had to have another worker count it while she walked into the office to sit down. Other worker counted it out fine. Left and started eating and then the chicken little was an original WITH PICKLES. what if I was allergic ?? Also in the bag was NO napkins or spoon for the famous bowl (3rd time this has happened in the few times I've stopped there recently)

Honestly you have a staff member that can't count $2 in change??? And then I guess someone else there that just makes food not even on a ticket. And WHY were all the lights OFF? make it look closed so no one stops? It was 40 mins before closing and looking into the window there was NO food in any warmers and they were cleaned and off. Where did my food come from?

It's honestly got to the point of no return between bad customer service, missing food items, undercooked food, and dried out food that sat in a...

Was there just today, and was mostly disappointed with the experience:

--The tables were dirty, with crumbs all over. --There were bugs (such as a tiny red spider or mite) in the tray where the drinking straws were. --My chicken was swimming in grease. --I got a chicken breast instead of the thigh I ordered. --The macaroni and cheese (one of only two kinds of mac and cheeses that I like) was overcooked, mushy, and did not taste fresh at all. --I did not get any butter or a knife with my biscuit and had to ask for both. --The server who gave me my food seemed uninterested in the job and sounded like he had an attitude in his voice. --The bathrooms looked like they needed maintenance. --The parking lot was in serious need of repaving, with numerous potholes at least half a foot deep and at least a foot wide. --And to top it all off, it cost me over a dollar more for the same meal that I purchased at the Crystal Lake location, and the quality at the McHenry one was worse than the Crystal Lake one.

Most likely will not be eating at this...

Pulled up in line at 6:30. I'm just pulling out now at 7 22 5 cars in front of me. When I pulled up, I understood that. However The girl couldn't understand my order 5 times till I finally had to pull up to the window. Because she couldn't understand she was very nice. I could sit in the window and see that they were working, but they looked like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, no pun intended. I then was told That they didn't have one chicken tender, and could I pull up after being in line for over 30 minutes? I waited. They said it would be 4 minutes 15 minutes later. As I walked in A gentleman was coming out and said, and I explained how upset I was and how long I had waited and he argued with me.And told me that I hadn't waited that long.Which point I asked him whose manager was, and he said, danny.And I said, you're too busy now, but I'd like to speak to her, and he goes well.She's doing your job right now.Not happy...
