Updated Review
Returned for two calzones. Watched as a calzone, which ended up being one of mine, came off the line. It took three employees to scrape it off the tray. I watched as three different people handled and scraped and scraped. Each employee saw what the end result was and continued to box it for service. Since a total of three calzones came off at the same time I was not sure whose it was. There were three of us waiting who all observed this. Photo below. Last review the manager called same night- I guess we’ll see if that holds true this time. From the last review- pizza sauce was still refrigerator cold- all you have to do is microwave it though. Maybe that’s a health and safety thing. The employees didn’t seem to care about being there. First time visit. We ordered two calzones for pick up- arrived right as they were being cut and boxed up. Was greeted and acknowledged immediately. Employees seemed happy.
Calzones were amazing- good cheese to ingredient ratio. Very hot and fresh.
We were a little disappointed the onions were crispy and not really cooked down. We had the marinara sauce as a side- it was served refrigerator cold which was odd- Piping hot calzone with cold dipping sauce. The sauce did have a great flavor, though.
With the other calzone they left off the blue cheese dipping sauce entirely.
Gigged the service for missing sauce- gigged the food for cold onions and cold dipping sauce. Atmosphere is fine- it’s pick up or delivery only so not much to review on.
Will go back, but will verify all items are included...

We were attending a marching band competition across the street, and when dinner for nearly 300 students and chaperones arrived from another restaurant missing about half the needed forks and napkins, someone ran over to Jet’s to see if we could purchase extras. Without hesitation, the staff gave us a large box of utensils—free of charge—and wouldn’t accept any payment. We were incredibly grateful for their kindness and generosity in that moment!! If I’m ever in the area again, I will absolutely stop by to eat here. I did see a few of their pizzas that others had, and they...
Read moreChunky chic/ diabetic. Worked at pizza hut 7 years in my younger days, and now try to avoid bread, potatoes, pasta, etc... for my health. However, once I tried jetts pizza through my place of employment ( As I am trying to be much more health conscious) I AM HOOKED!!! I absolutely love this pizza, calzones, and salad if I listen to doctors orders. But most of all. As I get older, my biggest concern is customer service. I tip my hat to Jesus for the Mckinney store, and would drive 20 miles for that alone. What the heck. We only live once and I'm going out happy, no matter what the doc says. To many choices these days. But for me it's a no brainer. God bless jetts pizza in Mckinney! What a treat to see great customer service...
