How is this location still open? I recently went here on my 30 minute lunch and had the worst experience ever! I waited about 8 minutes for the person in front of me to order. When I get to the speaker, there was another 5 minute wait before anyone asked to take my order but I really wanted the black bean Chalupas. I ordered the cinnabon delights-they are all out. I was there right before 2 ($1 medium drink happy hour) and ordered 2 medium baja blasts- they are all out. I then order the midnight (?) version. I also ordered the black bean Chalupas and some quesadillas. At least another 10 minute wait for the person in front of me to get their food. Once I pull up, they eventually take my payment. I noticed they only charged me for 1 drink and by this time, it is well past 2 and there was no adjustment to get the $1 medium drink. I'm just left to wait AGAIN. After a while, they come to the window to tell me that they don't have any black beans. I asked for a refund politely. The manager (?) came to the window and after a while opens it and says she is refunding my entire order. I told her I just wanted the refund for the Chalupas. She asked me if they offered to put the refried beans on them (they did not) but I declined. She had an attitude like I was taking the money out of her pocket. She processed the refund and they finally gave me my other part of the order. I ended up having to go to sonic (in and out in less than 5 minutes) and get lunch since I got NOTHING for myself. I was also late back to work because of their foolery. I tried to contact corporate but their mailbox is full and based on the amount of negative reviews, I am not surprised. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell/KFC location. I went through the drive-thru and placed a very simple order: a chicken and cheese quesadilla without jalapeño sauce and a regular nacho fry. After paying, I wasn’t given a receipt, and it took about 15–20 minutes to receive my food — unusually long for such a basic order. When I finally got my food and took a bite of the quesadilla, I immediately noticed it had jalapeño sauce on it — exactly what I asked to have left off. Mistakes happen, and I was polite when I went inside to ask for it to be remade. However, instead of a simple apology, one of the employees — who admitted to making the order — just casually said, “Oh, that was me,” without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience or offer to make it right. Then I was told I had to show them the original quesadilla to get a replacement, which I did. What made the situation worse was hearing employees in the back laughing and claiming the quesadilla was “half eaten” when I had only taken one small bite — just enough to realize the sauce was on it. The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be returning to this location, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Read moreWORST PLACE EVER! I would give zero stars if I could. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at KFC/Taco Bell today. First of all, they didn’t even give me a receipt after I paid—what kind of business does that? Then, I had to wait a ridiculous 20 minutes for my order. 20 minutes! There was no apology, no explanation, nothing. It felt like they couldn't care less about the fact that I was waiting.
When I finally got my food, it was absolutely stale. The taco shell was bitter tasting. Could not even finish one bite of it. It was completely stale.
I tried to speak to the manager to express my frustration, but instead of offering any help, the manager refused to give their name, refused to apologize, and just shrugged it off. When I asked for a refund or at least an exchange for fresh food, I was told no. No refund. No offer of replacement food. Just complete disregard for the customer.
This is beyond unacceptable. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and I highly recommend others do the same. The service, food, and complete lack of accountability...
