Can I give this zero stars for lack of professionalism? When I finally made it to the cashier, she turned around and walked away without saying anything, and went ahead and made six sandwiches for an order that was ahead of me. This took 15 minutes when she came back, she rolled her eyes at me, and didn’t say anything, so I told her I needed to pick up an order for soonso. This order was sitting on the counter, the entire 15 minutes that I had waited in line at the register. I asked her politely if she can please remake the order since it’s been there for 15 minutes and it’s cold and I said thank you. She rolled her eyes at me and went to make the sandwich. She then made her way to the front to do the fries. She grabbed the scoop and poured the fries inside of the paper bag instead of placing it in the fry bag. She gave me the sloppy package and I asked her to please put the fries in a fry bag And get me a new bag because I cannot turn this order in this way, it’s sloppy. She rolled her eyes at me again turned away and proceeded to do my fries. That whole ordeal in itself took about 7 minutes. Your front end cashier should not be making sandwiches. Your prepper who makes the sides should be doing this. If you are short handed- your MANAGER SHOULD STEP IN- NOT LEAVE WHEN THERE IS A RUSH OF CUSTOMERS in the lobby…This restaurant lacks authority. The tall manager is completely rude. Does not smile and lacks customer service skills whatsoever to would be to be in this position. I get it, it’s fast food, this place is not fast food. This place needs a complete restructure of the employees inside and management. I am so happy that I don’t eat at this restaurant as a regular. This is the Popeyes on...

Okay, so Popeyes (the chain) is one of my favorite fast food chains. Their spicy chicken sandwich is far and away the best. Places that I also like, such as CFA and KFC are not even close on theirs.

That said, this particular location has some issues for whatever reason.

I have to be real careful to check the order when I receive it to make sure there are not items missing. Way more so than any other chain or location. That is probably a staffing/training issue as I don't see this at other locations. It is a little annoying that I have to be careful with this, but not the main issue.

They appear to have a system of pre-making their sandwiches and storing them until ordered. When they are crazy busy, this is not an issue as they are sending out almost as fast as they are making them. But when they aren't super busy, I have gotten sandwiches that have completely hard buns and weirdly soggy chicken. It is a combo that makes the sandwich inedible. Literally, the bun was too hard to bite through. I absolutely hate going up the counter to discuss food issues. They aren't being paid enough to deal with complaints, and I understand that. That said, I have to at least be able to eat it. The sandwich pre-making practice would be the one practice I wish they would change. Have not had this happen at other locations, so I don't know what is going on here.

Otherwise, Popeyes is amazing and I have converted some fried chicken haters to fried chicken after taking them to Popeyes. My rating is specifically for...

I always see long lines at this "new" location. Went once and decided to go inside bc of the drive through line. Still took over 10 min to fulfill the order.

But speaking to my experience today I sat in the drive through with about 8 cars in front of me. 20 min until I could make it to the speaker to order. No one responded. No problem I figured they were busy with the customers in front of me so I'll get them a few min. Waited another 10 min and asking if anyone was there. Meanwhile the customer traffic in front of me is leaving the drive through with their orders. I kept asking if anyone was there every few minutes with no response.

Finally after almost 15 min someone got on the speaker. I attempted to place an order and was told to hold on. Another 5 minutes of silence. The two cars behind me backed out and left. I followed suite.

As I left I noticed some employees outside. One went back inside (still had his plastic gloves on) I hope he changed them out before he handled food and another behind him walking in and audibly hocking a loogie and spitting on the ground before he went in. What is going on at this location?

Management please instill some discipline in your workers, communicate with those in the drive through and at least let them know why there is a delay. Read reviews left by unhappy customers and provide feedback to your team....

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The place itself was clean, which is always a plus when dining out. The food had its high points. The Classic Chicken Sandwich is absolutely a must-order—it lived up to the hype with its crispy chicken and flavorful combination of pickles and sauce. The Chipotle Wings were smoky, but the strong paprika aftertaste might not be for everyone. The biscuits were as buttery and satisfying as always, a true Popeyes staple. However, there were some disappointments. While the chicken had the famous crispy skin, it seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp too long, resulting in a drier texture than I’ve come to expect. Also, there was an incident where the sandwich was accidentally dropped while still in the package. Though it stayed sealed, it sat on the ground for a while before being picked up and served—this was not reassuring from a food safety perspective. If you’re a fan of deals, downloading the Popeyes app is highly recommended. It offers great savings and ensures you never miss out on the latest promotions.

It called and they told me to bring it back with the receipt I was polite when I brought it back. The manager the lady with the drawn on eyebrows and thinning hair tried to refund me just for the raw chicken not knowing I just fed my two kids a two year old including this and she laughed and refunded me 3.78 when I spent 30+ dollars. My kids could possibly be sick I could be possibly sick and you’re laughing about it. I reporting this to the food inspectors and corporate absolutely not. You mean to tell me you rather not refund 30 dollars but risk being fire the shift fired an a lawsuit. I’ll never I have my receipt pictures and witness so if my family get sick I will be seeking an Attorney. And the roach didn’t even apologize.
