One star because I have to. Stopped here after work. Mind you I'm not in a rush I'm on the way home. The car in front of me takes forever to order. Won't knock that could be their first time. Tail end of the order read back I hear pretzel dog bites and those sound good. So I drive up order my razzmatazz and pretzel bites she says it'll be 5-10 minutes for the bites. No thank you are the cinnamon pretzel bites ready? Yes they are cool I'll do those. Drive around and do they move the car in front up knowing they have to wait 5-10 minutes and the person behind them has an order that is a) already made and will take 1 minutes to blend? No. So I should have got the bites because you were gonna make me sit there until car 1s order was made anyway. What is this service. 15 minutes in line just to drive off cause where is the sense in this. Like everyone else said this location will be shut down soon. Bring back the Stacy and 75 location instead they knew what they were doing. This one makes me wanna be a smoothie King member...
   Read moreTried this location for the first time. The complaint is about the super slow service. The young workers seemed like they didn't care since it was an hour to closing time. They seemed unorganized and just stood around when there were multiple people waiting for their orders. A couple of people waited 10 mins just for already made pretzels. Someone else at the drive thru had to tap the glass repeatedly to get service. When it came time for my turn, I tried to use a QR code from the Jamba app and the worker said she couldn't scan the code when the code literally says to scan it at the register. It through me off when she asked "what is it for?" She wasn't rude though. There was just a whole lot of standing and moving super slow like they were annoyed that they had to work. They also didn't thank customers or apologize for the needless wait. Would definitely not come back to this one. The one near Stacy and 75 offers a lot...
   Read moreAlthough their drive thru is supposed to work, it does NOT. When the sign says âpull up the windowâ, they will NOT service you. When I went inside after realizing there werenât going to service me through the drive through, after sitting there for 5 minutes, I ordered and the girl gave me attitude saying I needed to give them time. Keep in mind, there was no one else in there! After I ordered, I witnessed ANOTHER CAR drive up to the window. This poor soul sat at the window, just like I did, for 5 minutes before driving off. The workers at the store NEVER acknowledged this driver. To top it all off, they didnât even give me the right smoothies I ordered. Nothing screams customer service like this...
