My visit to Dolly Llama Ice Cream was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the warm and inviting aroma of freshly made waffles and sweet, creamy ice cream. The ambiance was vibrant, with a fun and modern decor that immediately set the mood for a delightful dessert experience.

What truly made my visit exceptional, though, was the front desk lady. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest had a great experience. Despite a busy crowd, she greeted everyone with a smile, took the time to explain the menu, and even offered recommendations based on personal preferences. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and her customer service was top-notch, making me feel valued as a customer.

Best place I’ve been to, they are open pretty late and have amazing desserts and drinks!! It’s a super fun and aesthetically pleasing place to the eye. They keep their store very neat and clean even though it is mainly an ice cream shop with waffles, which normally most stores are super dirty and unkept. They haven’t been open for too long but I LOVE it regardless. I go there probably once or twice a week, which is surprising considering how often I like to get snacks vs. make my own. I make my own desserts 24/7 but I crave The Dolly Llama more than my own sweets which says a LOT. My favorite worker is Delaney/Paige, she is super kind and very professional!! I don’t know her too well but almost every time I’m there she is working, and she is always super sweet and has an amazing smile! Very sweet girl.

I'd seen this one during the cooler months and decided to visit when the temperature went up. That was today. Everybody who came through the door was greeted warmly by the two gents behind the counter, who offered free samples to anybody who wanted to try a given flavor. I'd cheated and already scouted out what I wanted, and got the Dolly's Dream bubble waffle, "for here." Despite the gent at the counter saying "We'll call you when it's ready" -- they were quite busy -- the other gent brought it out to me with a smile.
