Ordered two drinks. Transaction went though. When he started making the drink he said he was out of what I wanted. So I asked for something different. Asked to do an exchange and he said no he canceled it before it went through. Charged my card a 2nd time and looked at my discover and bam two charges. I showed it to him and said I need my money back. At this point it had been 20 mins finally just said I donât want my drinks, give me a full refund for both. He couldnât figure out how to do it so we were going to the front. As we were walking someone else from Starbucks said you need a return I can help you do it. Tried explaining to her that he charged me twice and I donât want my drinks anymore I had a time limit for grocery shopping because I had to pick my daughter up from school. They kept trying and trying still couldnât get it to refund. Finally says if you had used cash this would have been easier. Then hands me a $10 says Jesus Christ under here breath like I couldnât hear her and proceeded to push me out. So not only did I not get drinks, took 30 minutes out of my da, couldnât do my full grocery list and then they did not give me a full refund for both of my âordersâ she then proceeded to give my son a cake pop without my permission because how dare I cancel his hot chocolate.    Read moreThis is not my normal Starbucks but I have been there twice in the last month after staying the night with my daughter. BOTH times they did not put the lid on correctly. Today, my coffee exploded all over me, my phone and my car driving down 380. I had to pull over, then go to Target to get a change of clothes just so I could go to work... I called the store and was told the employees are trained to put the lids on correctly. Apparently not!!! The reviews are reflective of the reason there is no line and employees try too hard with the fake-nice act. Not a good way to...

However James is as slow as can be, says one thing then contradicts it the next time you ask for clarification, instead of taking multiple orders and starting them at the same time he literally does ONE at a time forget anyone else or the fact that there is a line of at least 10 people deep, and not to mention he is just plain rude!
