Long line this morning so I placed my order in the app while at the end of the drive-thru line. Although my coffee was pipping hot - none of the key ingredients that MAKE a cup of coffee for ME weren’t included. As soon as I walked into the location with my coffee Wynter recognized there was a problem. She listened to me, explained there has been changes in the amounts of flavor pumps when making coffee now. Wynter affirmed she would make the coffee as I ordered, then absolutely tailored my coffee how it should’ve been made the first time. Not only was she really nice about replacing my cup, she wrote down how I should place the order in the app so the next cup would meet my expectation against the new flavor amount changes. I really appreciated that. Especially, when the previous reviews mention how rude the employees are. That was NOT my experience today....
Read morei’ve been in the service industry for a while, but from the moment you walk in in the moment, you leave matthew and his team are just so friendly and welcoming. I came in for an iced coffee and an Americano, and they made it with love and even wrote a friendly message on my cup. Me and my puppy dog sat on the patio and enjoyed a wonderful Sunday. Thank you to matthew and his team for being so kind and just good humans. This is what life is all about the coffee was fresh and the store was so well put together and there’s so much patio space to really enjoy a quiet setting to get work done or just relax. If all cafés were like this, the world would be a better place that being said if you’re looking for the best coffee in the county or a very good quality Starbucks than this is...
Read moreStarbucks has always been one of my favorite places. I visit Starbucks at least 4x times a week. However, I had a very upsetting experience today. A woman approached me and told me that I needed to make a purchase if I wanted to use the restroom!!! I was already planning to buy something, but the way she spoke to me was rude and unwelcoming.
A gentleman came over after, and apologized for the interaction, which I appreciated. I let him know that I was willing to make a purchase, but I was still extremely disappointed by how I was treated. I completely understand that businesses have policies to follow, but there’s a respectful way to communicate them, and this was not it!!
Unfortunately, I’ll be taking business elsewhere and will be looking for another...
