Kimberly the food service manager was working at the starbucks today and was being extremely rude and belittling the employee logan with inappropriate remarks. It was just the two of them and the line was extremely long. Logan was going very fast and multitasking and took my order no problem along with several others. I work in the same strip as market street and come here all the time and have never seen kimberly before. As a person who works in the hospitality industry, its not okay ever to belittle a co worker, manager or not. Doesnt mean a person is beneath you as a human being. We went on a Sunday morning, and though there were 3 baristas working, only 1 was taking orders at the drive-thru, making drinks, and handling payments. They forgot one of our drinks, then made it wrong twice. To top it off, the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was made with regular espresso instead of Blond Espresso (and yes, I can taste the difference—regular espresso is much more bitter).
