Swig — Restaurant in McKinney

I want to start off by saying I love swig and before this one opened we went to the other one in Mckinney. This one is terrible and so unorganized. I have given them 3 chances and each time something gets messed up. First time, my son’s drink doesn’t have syrup in it. Next time, we get a completely different drink than what we ordered. Third time, I went in with a free drink on my account that was going to expire for the new location that day. I tell them about it while ordering and she says she can’t do it but the window can, so we drive up. We tell them about it and he says he can’t add it now that the order has been placed. I tell him we haven’t even paid so can he try to add it. He calls the manager i’m guessing and she says they can’t. So, I still get charged the full amount. Usually I love swig and have good experiences. This evening was the worst experience I have had. Swig closes at 7, I got in line at 655 behind five cars. At 7pm the girl went inside grabbed the close sign and put it out and stopped taking orders. There were 2 cars ahead of me that were waiting for orders to be taken and at this point 7 more behind me. No one ever came out and told the cars ahead of us or any of the other cars they wouldn’t be taking anymore orders. I understand that you close at 7, if you will not be taking any orders after 7 then the closed sign should be put up in the drive through 10 minutes before closing. And at the very least all cars waiting to order should be told they won’t be served instead of just going inside and ignoring the line of people waiting. I am highly disappointed in...

We were in line for about for 16 minutes according to Life360, so no, I am not over exaggerating! A young lady kept coming out to dump ice where there would usually be a person taking orders but did not acknowledge us. We pulled up to the window only to be told it is now 7:01 so we can’t serve you. Kind of a rude was to find out, especially when your drive through is set up to not allow people to pull out when someone is in front of you.
